I\u2019m talking about your partner\u2019s deeply rooted traumas and triggers. I\u2019m talking about his heartbreaks and mental health conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019m talking about his emotional wounds that later turned into scars.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Naturally, it goes both ways \u2013 or at least, it should. You can\u2019t love a woman who\u2019s been through hell and back the same way you\u2019d love a girl who\u2019s never experienced the pain of heartbreak.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a mature man, you have to be brave enough to dig under her layers and find what\u2019s hidden deep inside of her.<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t matter if your partner was in an abusive relationship, wasted years on a narcissistic manipulator, or can\u2019t get over a painful childhood \u2013 they are a trauma survivor.<\/p>\n

They are struggling with issues you know nothing about, and it\u2019s your job to help them along the way.<\/p>\n

And when you love a trauma survivor \u2013 you have to make your relationship feel like home for them. You have to shower them with love and security.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is what they need, even though they\u2019ll probably never ask for it. Trust me: s\u00f3lo cuando lo hag\u00e1is estar\u00e9is verdaderamente unidos el uno al otro.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Only when you see each other\u2019s vulnerabilities exposed will you be sure that you\u2019ve gained your partner\u2019s trust, despite everything they\u2019ve been through in the past.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t get me wrong: it\u2019s not your responsibility to fix people. You\u2019re not a rehabilitation center for damaged men.<\/p>\n

So, if you don\u2019t want to deal with someone\u2019s traumas and triggers, that\u2019s perfectly okay. Just be honest with yourself and him and walk away in time before they get used to your presence.<\/p>\n

Pero Cuando realmente decides acoger a otra persona en tu vida, te guste o no, viene con una carga emocional.<\/strong> They won\u2019t bring only laughter and happiness along.<\/p>\n

When you love someone, you also have to love the traumatized child in them. You\u2019re there to help them heal their old wounds, even those they think they\u2019ve forgotten about.<\/p>\n
