And you need to read it. You need to read it because there are some things I need to tell you since you obviously aren\u2019t willing to accept them on your own.<\/p>\n

\u00bfSigues despierto y te preguntas qu\u00e9 es lo que haces mal? \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que haces para que los dem\u00e1s te hagan da\u00f1o o se alejen de ti como si no significaras nada para ellos?<\/p>\n

Why can\u2019t you make them stay? You still wonder how come out of all people in your life, you\u2019re only one that is never good enough?<\/p>\n

I need you to stop doing this to yourself. I need you to stop being so mean to yourself and I need you to stop blaming yourself for everything you\u2019ve been through.<\/p>\n

Life is full of ups and downs and shit happens to everyone, but what determines you is how you deal with it. And frankly speaking, you should stop beating yourself up for the things you couldn\u2019t and can\u2019t change.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not true that you could\u2019ve done things differently. It\u2019s not true that you could\u2019ve been a better person or that you should’ve sacrificed yourself more.<\/p>\n

Ya diste lo mejor de ti a los dem\u00e1s y ellos lo dieron por sentado. Usaron tu amabilidad<\/a> cuando lo necesitaban y una vez curados, te dejaban.<\/p>\n

But leaving is something that runs through their veins and nothing you did was going to make them stay. They didn\u2019t enter your life to stay forever; they came because God sent them to teach you a lesson.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s time for you to understand what that lesson was.<\/p>\n

Okay, friends that should\u2019ve stuck around left. The boy who should\u2019ve seen you and should\u2019ve stayed, didn\u2019t. Someone told you how you\u2019re not good enough.<\/p>\n

You can\u2019t reach the expectations others have for you. So what? None of this means that something is wrong with you. It\u2019s just that you had that bad luck to meet too many toxic people in your life.<\/p>\n

But there isn\u2019t anything wrong with you. And you need to stick this in your head once and forever.<\/p>\n

Rezo para que dejes de pensar demasiado, de repetir situaciones fallidas, de alimentar la duda y de ver lo bueno en todo el mundo menos en ti mismo. Te mereces m\u00e1s. <\/i><\/p>\n

Deja de culparte y de evocar viejos recuerdos dolorosos. Deja de castigarte por las cosas que ocurrieron en el pasado.<\/p>\n

Stop blaming yourself for the things you\u2019re not guilty of.  And most importantly, stop tearing your self-esteem down.<\/p>\n

Vales mucho m\u00e1s de lo que crees.<\/a> And you\u2019re better than you allow yourself to believe. And there is much more to life than you can wrap your mind around.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m sorry that you\u2019re hurt. I\u2019m sorry that they broke you. But they didn\u2019t get the best of you. Keep that in mind. Nobody stole your sparkle.<\/p>\n

Nobody took your future from you. And nobody swiped off the kindness of your personality. You\u2019re still able to do bright things in the future.<\/p>\n

You still have the time in this world to be the person you always wanted to be, but it’s time to start building yourself up now. It’s time to stop beating yourself up, too.<\/p>\n

Perdona a las personas que te han hecho da\u00f1o por hacerlo. Y luego s\u00e1calos de tu vida para siempre. Agrad\u00e9celes las lecciones que te ense\u00f1aron y recu\u00e9rdalas para siempre.<\/p>\n

Now it\u2019s time to show them, the world and yourself, what you\u2019re made of.<\/p>\n

Dale las gracias a tu coraz\u00f3n por soportar tanto dolor y seguir latiendo. Y prom\u00e9tele a tu coraz\u00f3n que nunca volver\u00e1 a pasar por el mismo infierno.<\/p>\n

Accept that you can\u2019t control what happens in your life, but you can control how it affects you. Accept that you can\u2019t control how people treat you, but you can determine their places in your life based on the way they treat you.<\/p>\n

And always remember that you will never be good enough for wrong people, but you\u2019ll be more than enough for the right ones.<\/p>\n
