We owe a big tribute to the people who are truly at peace and in touch with themselves, to the people who don\u2019t let other people\u2019s negativity or drama touch them.<\/p>\n
We owe a big round of applause to those who can have fun on their own and whose happiness doesn\u2019t depend on other people.<\/p>\n
My best friend is an introvert and she\u2019s so much more than one could assume. She\u2019s so much more than I could even wrap my mind around. <\/strong><\/p>\n She\u2019s the one who showed me that you shouldn\u2019t judge a book by its cover and that there\u2019s more to her than meets the eye.<\/strong><\/p>\n She\u2019s easy-going.<\/strong> It\u2019s so easy to make a date with her and she never has those temper tantrums when things don’t go the way she wants them to go.<\/p>\n With her, you can be sure she\u2019ll never have outbursts and she\u2019ll never react before she has all the information on why things went down the way they did.<\/p>\n Odia el drama.<\/strong> It\u2019s just not her kind of thing. You know how plenty of people cause drama when they\u2019re bored? Well, that\u2019s just not her cup of tea.<\/p>\n And if you\u2019re the type of person who loves creating drama and wasting time on irrelevant discussions that lead absolutely nowhere, you might as well stay far away from her.<\/p>\n She doesn\u2019t care about what\u2019s in.<\/strong><\/p>\n Just because it\u2019s trendy to look like the Kardashians or if being high is so cool or if having more than ten stories on Instagram (out of which five are selfies) is something you must do, it doesn\u2019t mean the rules apply to her too.<\/p>\n In fact, they don\u2019t. She hates such attention-seeking actions and she tries to avoid people who are so dependent on being in.<\/p>\n Don\u2019t get me wrong, she loves taking pictures, she has her own beauty standards which, if you ask me, are more appealing than those we have today and she knows how to have fun without making a fool out of herself.<\/p>\n Pero s\u00f3lo unos pocos saben esto de ella.<\/p>\n Disfruta de su propia compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/strong> No, she\u2019s not antisocial, she doesn\u2019t cut people off just like that, she merely likes to get in touch with herself from time to time.<\/p>\n You\u2019ll never find her being bored because she always has things that she engages in. It\u2019s just that she doesn\u2019t waste time on irrelevant things or irrelevant people.<\/p>\n If it doesn\u2019t feed her soul then it isn\u2019t on her to-do list. As simple as that. She\u2019s hilarious.<\/strong> Trust me, she is. She\u2019s the funniest person I know in my life.<\/p>\n Todas sus bromas al azar y las caras divertidas que hace y algunas de sus reacciones extra\u00f1as fuera de la nada me dejan sin aliento de re\u00edr cada vez.<\/p>\n But what\u2019s even more precious thing is that only a few people get to see this side of her.<\/p>\n She\u2019s my go-to person.<\/strong> I couldn\u2019t imagine a better person to confide in. It\u2019s like she has a solution to each and every problem I have.<\/p>\n Tiene el don de decir lo correcto en el momento adecuado. De alguna manera, siempre me siento mejor despu\u00e9s de hablar con ella. Y pase lo que pase, siempre tiene tiempo para m\u00ed.<\/p>\n She\u2019s my ride-or-die person and no words will ever be enough to describe what she means to me.<\/p>\n See, just because she isn\u2019t as outgoing as others would like her to be, just because she has her own zen world, just because she doesn\u2019t expose herself to the rest of the world like the rest of us, it doesn\u2019t mean there is something wrong with her.<\/strong><\/p>\n Sometimes, it\u2019s more fun to stay home with her and do all the girly stuff than it is to hit the bar or the club.<\/p>\n A veces me divierto m\u00e1s oy\u00e9ndola hablar de su libro favorito que escuchando a mis otros amigos contarme c\u00f3mo se emborracharon la noche anterior.<\/p>\n Actually, it\u2019s not just sometimes, it\u2019s more often than you can imagine.<\/p>\n She is so much more than you could ever imagine. She\u2019s smarter than you\u2019d think, she\u2019s funnier than you\u2019d guess, she\u2019s kinder and more friendly than anyone I\u2019ve ever known.<\/p>\n But the catch is to scratch the surface and look below it. She isn’t shy, she\u2019s just selectively social.<\/p>\n She chooses to whom she gives her time and I couldn\u2019t be more grateful to be one of those who gets the chance to be her friend.<\/p>\n This is what being introverted really is because it\u2019s not just being shy. It\u2019s so much more than this.<\/p>\n Pero mucha gente se conforma con llamarlos parias y nunca decide mirar m\u00e1s all\u00e1. Mucha gente est\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s que equivocada.<\/p>\n Perhaps willingly or perhaps unwillingly, they\u2019re choosing to let such an amazing person slip through their fingers.
