Todos hemos conocido ya la vida y podemos decir, con confianza, que tiene sus altibajos.<\/p>\n

A veces esos altibajos los causan otras personas en nuestra vida, sin importar si queremos que nos afecten o no.<\/p>\n

En un momento, est\u00e1s en lo m\u00e1s alto, m\u00e1s alto que nunca. Sonr\u00edes, r\u00edes, te vuelves intr\u00e9pido.<\/p>\n

That person who makes you feel this way means the world to you, don’t they?<\/p>\n

These people are so rare! The ones who would do anything needed just to make you feel fulfilled and welcome. It’s the worst when these people decide to put you down.<\/p>\n

Mira todo tu cuerpo y di que amas cada cent\u00edmetro de \u00e9l. Cierra los ojos y piensa en tu coraz\u00f3n y en lo mucho que ha aguantado, da gracias y dile a tu coraz\u00f3n que est\u00e1s orgulloso.<\/p>\n

You really can’t find an excuse to not be good to other people. You can’t tell me that there is a reason for you to hurt someone, because that way all you’re actually doing is poisoning your own soul.<\/b><\/p>\n

Por ello debes ser amable con todo el mundo <\/a> . Los d\u00edas se hacen m\u00e1s duros, las horas m\u00e1s largas, la gente est\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s agotada y enfadada.<\/p>\n

Don’t let them think that everyone’s life is miserable, let them know that you can be happy and kind to everyone. Show them how it’s done!<\/b><\/p>\n
