En lugar de intentar vengarte de ellos o intentar convertir sus vidas en un infierno como te hicieron a ti, intenta algo diferente.<\/p>\n

Porque cuando se trata de un narcisista, ninguna de estas cosas funciona. Siempre, de alguna manera, convierten cualquier estrategia en su ventaja. Siempre le dan la vuelta a la historia y te manipulan para que aceptes su versi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Narcissists have a false sense of self-worth and a lack of empathy. They can\u2019t understand how you feel, and also they don\u2019t care. They think they are the most important people, and nothing will ever change that.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is only one thing they want from you. It\u2019s your energy, your capability to make them happy. It\u2019s called a \u2018narcissistic supply\u2019 and for as long they are getting it from you, they will stick around.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re completely going to ignore your needs and run to save someone you love. Whether it\u2019s your child, or any of your family members, that\u2019s the thing your instinct will make you do.<\/p>\n

Now, the man you\u2019ve sadly fallen in love with happens to be a narcissist. Of course, you could never see that coming. He was charming, a real piece of work. And that, of course, also changed over time.<\/p>\n

All that charm and kind of suspiciously good behavior disappeared overnight, and he showed his true colors. B then, though, it was too late. You\u2019d already loved him, and you couldn\u2019t just walk away.<\/p>\n

This is their game. This is what they do best. They fool you long enough to fall for them, and then they start terrorizing you because they know you won\u2019t leave that easily.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you apologize to him to make him stop bothering you or to try to reason with him so an apology is just a means of trying to calm the situation, don\u2019t. It will only make things worse because he won\u2019t stop at that.<\/p>\n

He\u2019ll dig out something that he remembers which happened months ago, only to make you feel like shit. There is no way to win in this situation except not giving him the satisfaction of an apology.<\/p>\n
