It\u2019s an everlasting debate: \u00bfDebo seguir a mi cabeza esta vez o a mi (qui\u00e9n sabe por cu\u00e1ntas veces roto) coraz\u00f3n?<\/em> Si confiamos demasiado en nuestro coraz\u00f3n, podr\u00eda influirnos para tomar decisiones impulsivas que pueden acarrear graves consecuencias.<\/p>\n

Hace poco conoc\u00ed a un guapo desconocido en el bar. Intercambiamos n\u00fameros y seguimos envi\u00e1ndonos mensajes en los d\u00edas siguientes. A primera vista, supe que hab\u00eda algo raro en \u00e9l.<\/p>\n

Con su desordenado pelo negro y sus tatuajes en los brazos, parec\u00eda un tipo malo (muy malo).fxv<\/p>\n

Pero, sus ojos avellana ten\u00edan esa chispa que me dec\u00eda: I\u2019m just an innocent boy. I will never do you any harm.<\/em><\/p>\n

Hizo su lado malo tan incre\u00edblemente atractivo<\/span> to me that I couldn\u2019t even think reasonably with my head. I instantly fell for him with my heart.<\/p>\n

Although I knew he was bad, I didn\u2019t let my mind interfere. I just wanted to feel carefree because I was sick of overthinking.<\/p>\n

1. Eres m\u00e1s razonable<\/h2>\n

When you follow your head, you\u2019re more likely to think reasonably and not impulsively. You will weigh all the pros and cons of your decision.<\/p>\n

I know it kills all the joy, but that way, you don\u2019t have to be afraid or insecure about the outcome of your decision. You have to learn to divide reason from your feelings, so that you can switch whenever you want to.<\/p>\n

I know it\u2019s hard, but once you master it, you will be amazed how much this strategy helps.<\/p>\n

2. Ves sus lados buenos y malos m\u00e1s claramente<\/h2>\n

When you\u2019re thinking with your head instead of your heart, you\u2019ll more easily make a distinction between his good and bad sides. For example, if you know he\u2019s bad, you will not find excuses for such behavior.<\/p>\n

Your head will tell you to step away and think about your next move. You\u2019ll like him as a whole person and will not have second guesses about his bad side.<\/p>\n

That way, the bond will have more solid foundation, and it won\u2019t be that easy to destroy it.<\/p>\n

3. It\u2019s easier to evaluate the situation (when you\u2019re about to breakup with him)<\/h2>\n

When you\u2019re in doubt whether to breakup or not, your head will tell you one thing and your heart another. If you listen to your head, you\u2019ll evaluate the situation more easily.<\/p>\n

You will have a better insight into everything that happened. You will not have a guilty conscience about breaking up with him because you will be one hundred percent sure that you\u2019re doing the right thing for yourself.<\/p>\n

4. You\u2019re more stress-free<\/h2>\n

When you follow your head, if he tells you something insulting or hurts you one way or another, you will not take it too seriously. You will be more stress-free, and you won\u2019t give a shit about what others think of you.<\/p>\n

Your heart has to digest every single thought that is going on in your head. That\u2019s why you should be gentle with your heart.<\/p>\n

5. Lower chances that you\u2019ll end up with a broken heart<\/h2>\n

Si sigues tu cabeza y todo lo anterior disminuir\u00e1s tus posibilidades de acabar con un coraz\u00f3n roto<\/span><\/a>. Cuando amas a alguien con la cabeza, ves las cosas como son.<\/p>\n

But, when you love someone with your heart, you\u2019re blinded. The phrase Love is blind exists for a reason.<\/p>\n

El amor es ciego cuando se ama con el coraz\u00f3n. Pero, cuando tu coraz\u00f3n se canse de estar roto, aprender\u00e1s a amar con la mente.<\/p>\n
