De vez en cuando, me sorprendo a m\u00ed misma pensando en la vida y en lo mucho que hay que agradecer cada d\u00eda. Hay tantas cosas que probablemente <\/span>por sentado<\/span><\/a> sin darnos cuenta, cosas que hacen que nuestra vida merezca la pena.<\/span><\/p>\n

I thought about everything that made me happy and realized how many amazing things I have in this life, that I don\u2019t appreciate as much as I should. Every single thing in this world that makes me happy is a thing I am profoundly grateful for and this is why I decided to make a list of all those things, to inspire myself and others, whenever life brings me down.<\/span><\/p>\n

Esto es para demostrarme a m\u00ed mismo y a cualquiera que lea esto que no importa lo dif\u00edcil que pueda parecer a veces, siempre hay algo por lo que estar agradecido. Siempre hay algo que te recuerda por qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s en este mundo.<\/span><\/p>\n

As\u00ed que aqu\u00ed van algunas cosas que me hacen feliz y, sobre todo, agradecida de estar viviendo esta vida.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"32<\/p>\n

1. Familia.<\/h2>\n

Mi familia es lo primero que me viene a la mente cuando pienso en lo agradecido que estoy. \u00bfD\u00f3nde estar\u00eda sin ellos? Son el n\u00facleo de todo lo que me hace seguir adelante.<\/p>\n

2. Hermanas.<\/h2>\n

Saber que los tengo es saber que tengo gente conmigo para el resto de mi vida. En las buenas y en las malas. Para siempre. \u00bfNo es incre\u00edble?<\/p>\n

3. Amigos.<\/h2>\n

I surround myself with people who I know I can count on no matter what. Those few really close friends that I keep around me are like chosen family to me and life wouldn\u2019t be the same without them.<\/p>\n

4. M\u00fasica.<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s what I turn to whenever I feel down. Music is always there to cheer me up and I can\u2019t imagine who I would be if music wasn\u2019t a part of my life.<\/p>\n

5. El amor.<\/h2>\n

There is not a more beautiful feeling in this world than love. Be that love for your partner, family, or friends. It\u2019s the most exquisite and fulfilling feeling and what keeps my world going around.<\/p>\n

6. Perros.<\/h2>\n

My dogs are my world. They are the most amazing creatures and my instant medicine when I\u2019m in need of comfort! Just the thought of those two precious souls and my heart just melts. I\u2019m so lucky and I can\u2019t wait to add to the bunch.<\/p>\n

7. Elecci\u00f3n.<\/h2>\n

El hecho de poder elegir qui\u00e9n soy y hacer lo que me apasiona es un privilegio que nunca dar\u00e9 por sentado. Puede que las cosas no siempre sean de nuestro agrado, pero siempre tenemos elecci\u00f3n en todo lo que hacemos.<\/p>\n

8. Art.<\/h2>\n

Be that music, painting, sculpting\u2026 Art is what makes this world so beautiful and magical.<\/p>\n

9. Trabajo.<\/h2>\n

Poder ganarme la vida haciendo lo que me gusta es una bendici\u00f3n. Sea cual sea tu trabajo, agradece que te proporcione un techo y comida. No todo el mundo tiene esa suerte.<\/p>\n

10. Mis sobrinas.<\/h2>\n

Me encantan. Me hacen tan feliz y emocionada de tener mis propios hijos y saber que ellos estar all\u00ed<\/a> para mis hijos como siempre he estado ah\u00ed para ellos es la mejor parte.<\/p>\n

11. Viajar<\/a>.<\/h2>\n

Agradezco la oportunidad de viajar de vez en cuando. Explorar el mundo y ver cosas diferentes y hermosas es una de las cosas m\u00e1s incre\u00edbles de la vida.<\/p>\n

12. Sol.<\/h2>\n

\u00bfEs necesario explicarlo? Estar al aire libre en un d\u00eda c\u00e1lido y soleado, cuando el sol te da en la cara, es una sensaci\u00f3n tan bonita que te hace irradiar sin motivo aparente. Pura felicidad.<\/p>\n

13. Salud.<\/h2>\n

Doy gracias por mi salud y la de mis seres m\u00e1s queridos. Nunca des por sentado que est\u00e1s vivo y gozas de buena salud. Te la pueden arrebatar as\u00ed como as\u00ed.<\/p>\n

14. Libros.<\/h2>\n

Me encanta leer, as\u00ed que no puedo expresar lo agradecida que estoy por los libros. Son como mi peque\u00f1o santuario cuando quiero esconderme del mundo y adentrarme en un reino nuevo, diferente, donde todo es posible.<\/p>\n

15. Risas.<\/h2>\n

Realmente creo que la risa es la mejor medicina. No hay nada como re\u00edr hasta llorar con tus mejores amigos.<\/p>\n

16. \u00c1nimo.<\/h2>\n

Doy gracias por estar rodeado de personas que nunca b\u00e1jame<\/a> y en cambio me animan a diario. Realmente marca la diferencia.<\/p>\n

17. Pel\u00edculas.<\/h2>\n

Me encanta ver buenas pel\u00edculas y perderme en la acci\u00f3n y la diversi\u00f3n. Me hace olvidarme de lo que tenga en la cabeza.<\/p>\n

18. Fotograf\u00eda.<\/h2>\n

I LOVE taking photos! I don\u2019t mind being in front of the camera either but taking photos is my passion and I can never get enough of it.<\/p>\n

19. Sorpresas.<\/h2>\n

Life really is full of surprises, you never know what you\u2019re going to get, but good surprises make me so happy! I\u2019m thankful I have people who know this and make sure to keep me on my toes from time to time.<\/p>\n

20. Honestidad.<\/h2>\n

Aprecio la honestidad por encima de cualquier otra cosa. Agradezco a las personas que pueden seguir siendo honestas, por dif\u00edcil que sea la verdad.<\/p>\n

21. Conocimiento.<\/h2>\n

Me encanta conocer cosas nuevas e informarme de lo que pasa en el mundo. Creo que todo el mundo deber\u00eda estar agradecido por esta incre\u00edble oportunidad y por tener acceso a tanta informaci\u00f3n sobre cualquier cosa que quiera saber.<\/p>\n

22. Sue\u00f1os.<\/h2>\n

Nuestros sue\u00f1os son lo que nos hace seguir adelante. Son lo que nos motiva a seguir adelante y a aspirar a ser lo mejor de nosotros mismos. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no estar agradecido?<\/p>\n

23. Bailar.<\/h2>\n

Lo que m\u00e1s me gusta es poder ponerme a bailar cada vez que la vida me deprime. No hay nada como una peque\u00f1a fiesta de baile con m\u00fasica a todo volumen para recuperar la confianza y hacerte autom\u00e1ticamente tan feliz.<\/p>\n

24. Agua.<\/h2>\n

Es una obviedad, pero el agua es algo sin lo que ninguno de nosotros vivir\u00eda. As\u00ed que da gracias por tener acceso a agua limpia y fresca todos los d\u00edas. Hay mucha gente que no puede permitirse ese lujo, y eso me resulta muy triste y exasperante.<\/p>\n

25. Dormir.<\/h2>\n

I feel like sleep could solve any problem I have. Am I sad? I can sleep it off. Did I spend the day running errands? I\u2019ll sleep and relax a little. Did my boyfriend annoy me? I\u2019ll sleep and forget about it for a few hours. So much thankfulness for sleep.<\/p>\n

26. Amabilidad.<\/h2>\n

There are so many bad things happening in this world and so much negativity going on, this is why I appreciate kindness so much! Being kind is so easy! And it can make somebody\u2019s day, because you never know what somebody is going through! Be kind to everyone!
\nIt\u2019s easy and sooo appreciated.<\/p>\n

27. Comida.<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s just always there and you never think about being thankful for it. But imagine if you didn\u2019t have food for a day or two? If you couldn\u2019t afford to eat? This is why you should be extremely thankful for every single meal you have.<\/p>\n

28. Desaf\u00edos.<\/h2>\n

I am thankful for every single challenge I\u2019ve had in life, because without them I wouldn\u2019t be able to appreciate the things I am blessed to have today! With every challenge, there is a new lesson. And I am thankful for that.<\/p>\n

29. Paz.<\/h2>\n

Es una de las cosas m\u00e1s importantes que tengo en mi lista de prioridades. Sin mi paz y poder simplemente estar con mis pensamientos y no preocuparme por nada es un privilegio. Mi paz mental es un regalo que disfruto y por el que estoy agradecida.<\/p>\n

30. El perd\u00f3n.<\/h2>\n

Todos tenemos defectos. Todos cometemos errores a veces. Pero cuando eres capaz de perdonar, cuando alguien lo siente de verdad, sales ganando. El perd\u00f3n es una bendici\u00f3n, sobre todo cuando eres t\u00fa quien lo necesita. As\u00ed que agrad\u00e9celo.<\/p>\n

31. Abrazos.<\/h2>\n

I love the feeling of somebody I love embracing me tightly and not letting go immediately. It provides me with such a sense of security and comfort that I wouldn\u2019t change it for anything! Hugs are the best!<\/p>\n

32. Positividad.<\/h2>\n

Las personas positivas son las MEJORES. Me encanta la gente que puede ver algo positivo en cada situaci\u00f3n. Estoy agradecida de ser una persona tan positiva y siempre me esforzar\u00e9 por serlo y fomentarla dondequiera que vaya.<\/p>\n
