S\u00e9 que casi todo el mundo lo sabe ya, pero voy a escribir sobre ello de todos modos: nunca es suficiente insistir en lo importante que es ser feliz.<\/p>\n

Todos tenemos dificultades. Todos nos caemos, pero volvemos a levantarnos. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque queremos y decidimos hacerlo.<\/p>\n

No matter if someone broke your heart or you\u2019ve lost someone, your life has to go on\u2014it\u2019s a little bit harsh to say that, but it\u2019s true.<\/p>\n

Now, it\u2019s up to you whether you are going to dwell in the past or you are going to embrace the future and rearrange yourself\u2014your perspective and your attitude\u2014to be able to enjoy everything that your life has got to offer.<\/p>\n

I always say that some higher force, or God, or whatever you want to call it, won\u2019t ever serve you more than you can handle. You\u2019ve been through hell.<\/p>\n

You thought your life is going to end right at that moment. But still, here you are\u2014still alive, still struggling to move forward.<\/p>\n

\u00bfLo veis? Nada puede vencerte.<\/a> Sigues adelante.<\/p>\n

The only thing is that it\u2019s up to you whether you will bury your past and grab for the future or keep doing what you\u2019ve been doing\u2014nothing.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m not saying that it\u2019s easy. Heck, if it was easy, I wouldn\u2019t have written this. I wish I could give you some kind of magic formula for you to follow and POOF!\u2014you\u2019re happy.<\/p>\n

But it doesn\u2019t work that way. I can only speak from my own experience and hope some of my words will help you, too.<\/p>\n

Deja de culpar al pasado y deja de pensar en el pasado.<\/a> No puedes cambiarlo y lo sabes.<\/p>\n

Stop thinking about what you would have done differently because you had your chance then and you didn\u2019t take it. You did only what you thought was right.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t worry\u2014you will get another chance to redeem yourself for the mistakes you did in the past. That is actually what the past is all about\u2014to make us learn from our past events.<\/p>\n

Y entonces llega el futuro para darnos la oportunidad de hacer las cosas bien de nuevo. Siempre se puede elegir, pero hay que tener paciencia.<\/p>\n

Tienes que darte cuenta de que tienes la capacidad de cambiar tu vida<\/a>. T\u00fa eres el \u00fanico responsable de tu vida, de tus actos y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante, de tu felicidad.<\/p>\n

Forget about that brain-numbing ignorance. I know that every time you decide to do something with your life\u2014to take charge\u2014you regret it because it\u2019s hard and you automatically wish to go back to the life you knew before.<\/p>\n

You think to yourself that it\u2019s not that bad\u2014you got used to living that way and you will make peace with it.<\/p>\n

But no!\u2014That\u2019s the wrong answer. Don\u2019t be a wuss and fight for your happiness.<\/p>\n

I can\u2019t stress enough that it\u2019s up to you and it was up to you from the beginning. There is no need to put blame on others for the things that are happening to you because you are the one who has the ball in your court\u2014you are calling all the shots.<\/p>\n

Si algo no va bien, deja de culpar a los dem\u00e1s porque t\u00fa eres el \u00fanico culpable.<\/p>\n

Hasta que no te des cuenta de que tu felicidad depende de ti mantenerla, estar\u00e1s atrapado en la despiadada rutina de tu vida infeliz.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
