S\u00e9 que no es f\u00e1cil. En realidad, es muy dif\u00edcil, aunque no quieras admitirlo.<\/p>\n

El dolor que experimentas no deja de desgarrarte y a veces sientes que est\u00e1s a punto de romperte por dentro.<\/p>\n

El peso abrumador que llevas en el pecho te asfixia literalmente, te hace perder el aliento y a veces incluso te hace sentir que te mueres.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, todo el mundo a tu alrededor sigue dici\u00e9ndote que las cosas acabar\u00e1n mejorando, sin darte ning\u00fan consejo sobre c\u00f3mo curarte realmente y \u00faltimamente todo eso ha empezado a sonarte a mierda.<\/p>\n

They even make you feel like you don\u2019t have the right to have all of those emotions because many people have it worse than you do.<\/p>\n

Well, guess what? Screw other people\u2014the pain you are feeling is yours and no one else\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Te consume y te hace la vida m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t get me wrong\u2014I am not saying that you shouldn\u2019t be empathetic or that your feelings are the only ones which matter but the truth is the fact that whether someone else is suffering or not doesn\u2019t make things any easier or harder for you.<\/p>\n

I know you think of all this as bullshit and I know you are fed up with all of these empty phrases and clich\u00e9s but time really does heal all wounds. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Everything goes away sooner or later and before you know it, you\u2019ll become the girl you used to be.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

It sounds impossible, right? Well, once it happens, you\u2019ll see that I was right and that you should have believed in this in time.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know whether some asshole broke your heart, if your friend betrayed you, if you are going through a family crisis or you just feel depressed and like you can\u2019t take it anymore.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Consid\u00e9ralas pruebas de tu fuerza, tu fe y tu paciencia.<\/p>\n

You may not see it now but some time in the future, you\u2019ll be grateful for everything you\u2019ve been through, even though it sounds crazy at the moment.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll be thankful for all of your challenges and for all the lessons you\u2019ve learned.<\/p>\n

So please, stop beating yourself up this instant. I can\u2019t ask you to stop hurting because that is something you would have done by now if you could.<\/p>\n

However, what I can ask you is to do your best to take a more optimistic and positive outlook on life.
