Estoy emocionalmente agotada y necesito un descanso. Un descanso de la mentira, el enga\u00f1o, la manipulaci\u00f3n, bueno para nada los hombres.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed que me voy a tomar un a\u00f1o sab\u00e1tico. Necesito un poco de paz para variar. Necesito descansar de los hombres y de todo lo que conllevan.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estoy harto de jugar y descifrar se\u00f1ales de fr\u00edo y calor<\/a>. I can\u2019t worry about who called who first, why my texts are left on read receipts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why one day he is the best man on earth and the next, a monster I can\u2019t recognize.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s all too much and I am putting a stop to it. I am getting off this tiring, emotional roller coaster ride.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por ahora, necesito un poco de tiempo a solas para trabajar en m\u00ed misma, por m\u00ed misma, para m\u00ed misma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero para cuando est\u00e9 lista para volver a salir y estar con alguien de nuevo, ya he establecido algunas reglas nuevas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Qui\u00e9rete y ponte en primer lugar para variar\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Permit\u00eda que sus palabras bajaran mi autoestima y que sus acciones gobernaran mi vida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estoy aprendiendo a ser una mujer m\u00e1s fuerte e independiente que se hace cargo de todo lo bueno o malo que le ocurre.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can\u2019t attach my mood to another person. I can\u2019t expect anybody to make me happy if I can\u2019t do it myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Aseg\u00farate de que la otra persona lo sabe: las relaciones est\u00e1n hechas para dos, no para uno, ni para tres<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dos personas deben formar un equipo, la inversi\u00f3n debe ser equitativa y todos los esfuerzos rec\u00edprocos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nunca m\u00e1s me conformar\u00e9 con una relaci\u00f3n en la que me sienta sola y emocionalmente agotada.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s the only way I will actually be close to someone.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estoy aprendiendo la diferencia entre roto y torcido. Las cosas que se doblan se pueden arreglar, pero lo que se rompi\u00f3 nunca volver\u00e1 a ser lo mismo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I won\u2019t give endless chances to someone to change. I can\u2019t change or fix another person if they don\u2019t recognize the need to do so in themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I refuse to live in a crappy situation now and hope for a miracle in the future. If improvements don\u2019t start soon, nothing will get better with time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La verdad es que a veces nos hacemos m\u00e1s da\u00f1o a nosotros mismos y a la otra persona qued\u00e1ndonos que y\u00e9ndonos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I learned that the hard way. That\u2019s why I am more interested now in what a man has to offer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su car\u00e1cter, sus rasgos de personalidad, su amabilidad, sus valores y su comportamiento general hacia m\u00ed son m\u00e1s importantes que las palabras vac\u00edas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
