And here are some valuable tips to get you through life while you\u2019re learning to trust again.<\/span><\/p>\n

 1. <\/span>Perdonar pero nunca olvidar<\/span><\/h2>\n

Esto es algo que debes tener siempre presente. El perd\u00f3n es importante. <\/span><\/p>\n

Te permite quitarte mucho peso de encima y te hace la vida m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tranquiliza la mente y es sumamente terap\u00e9utico para <\/span>tu alma.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Pero una cosa que nunca debes hacer es olvidar. Perdona a quien te haya hecho da\u00f1o, pero nunca olvides. <\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00fa no tuviste la culpa de su traici\u00f3n y toda la sangre est\u00e1 en sus manos. Tenlo en cuenta cada vez que pienses en darles otra oportunidad.<\/span><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t let the same person make a fool of you twice. Once you forgive them, be proud of yourself but keep a safe distance. <\/span><\/p>\n

So stop seeing yourself as something you\u2019re not and start believing you are one badass b**** who can survive anything and anyone. <\/span><\/p>\n
