I would instantly connect it with physical pain (because that\u2019s the most frequent type), but these pains were definitely not of physical origin.<\/p>\n<p>I didn\u2019t realize that they were know even existed! <\/b><\/p>\n<p>El dolor del alma es una acumulaci\u00f3n de emociones negativas, dolor y angustia desencadenados por ciertos acontecimientos de la vida como la p\u00e9rdida de un ser querido, el maltrato constante por parte de los dem\u00e1s (en las redes sociales o en la vida real), la humillaci\u00f3n, los problemas no resueltos y similares.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando tu alma sufre, el us.<\/p>\n<p>This is most often on a subconscious level which means that you\u2019re not even aware of the fact that you\u2019re keeping yourself busy all the time.<\/p>\n<p>But, if you notice that you\u2019re doing it, know that you\u2019re subconsciously refusing to face what\u2019s bothering you.<\/p>\n<p>You keep yourself occupied because you can\u2019t handle the burden of your past that is causing you soul pain.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"numbered-headline\">You pretend that you\u2019re perfectly fine even though you\u2019re falling apart on the inside<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" thinking about how it could\u2019ve been avoided and similar.<\/p>\n<p>For years I was constantly worrying about things I couldn\u2019t control, and once I realized that this was the main source of pain in my soul, I simply told my thoughts to go to hell and kept focusing on things around me that I could control!<\/p>\n<p>You see, you can\u2019t control something that happened in your past, but you can control what\u2019s happening now in this moment.<\/p>\n<p>Remember that you can control only what you\u2019re doing in any given moment, and once that moment is gone, there is no point in blaming yourself for something you\u2019ve said or done.<\/p>\n<p>No puedes controlar el pasado ni el futuro, pero puedes controlar el presente que influir\u00e1 en tu futuro.<\/p>\n<p>So, live in the
