Cuando llega diciembre y el a\u00f1o va llegando poco a poco a su fin, todos pensamos en las cosas y las personas que ganamos y perdimos el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n

You put all of your achievements and failures on a scale and can\u2019t help but think of all the different paths you should have taken, of all the chances you missed and all the things you might have done differently.<\/p>\n

Piensas en todo lo que podr\u00edas y deber\u00edas haber tenido.<\/p>\n

About all of the mistakes you didn\u2019t correct, of all the opportunities you should have taken and of all the wrong people you let into your life.<\/p>\n

Cuando otro cap\u00edtulo de tu vida llega a su fin, siempre hay algunas cosas que lamentas haber hecho o dejado de hacer, algunos rencores que te guardas a ti mismo y algunos d\u00edas o incluso semanas que desear\u00edas poder borrar.<\/b><\/p>\n

Y eso es bueno. Es se\u00f1al de que tienes capacidad de autocr\u00edtica, de que quieres avanzar y de que ves que siempre se puede mejorar.<\/p>\n

Instead of being so hard and judgmental, give yourself a break and at least have as much understanding for your own mistakes as you would have for anyone else\u2019s.<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t matter whether you went through a devastating break-up, if you had some work-related problems, if your family has been giving you a hard time, if you went through a financial crisis, if you struggled with some health issues or your friends backstabbed or betrayed you\u2014either way, you managed to find at least a temporary solution to all of your problems.<\/p>\n
