In fact, it\u2019s proven to lead to anxiety, depression, and various types of trauma.<\/p>\n<p>Scrolling through the feed whenever you\u2019re bored, anxiously waiting for someone\u2019s reply or checking their activity so many times throughout the day. Everyone is stalking their exes. It\u2019s just how the human mind works.<\/p>\n<p>We want attention and we want to feel wanted and accepted.
