A veces nos aferramos tanto a las cosas que nos hacen mucho m\u00e1s da\u00f1o de lo que nos har\u00eda soltarlas.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s because there\u2019s a constant struggle<\/a> between what we feel and what we know, like the famous fight – coraz\u00f3n vs. mente.<\/em><\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t mean we weren\u2019t strong enough. It means we were stronger than ever before.<\/p>\n

It means we were brave, because it takes courage and guts to leave the one you love. Because he\u2019s the same one who is hurting your soul and making your heart bleed.<\/p>\n
