If you’re a person who cares deeply about people and loves to meet new people, you have probably come across people who were very hard to deal with.<\/span><\/p>\n I’m not talking about strong personalities and differences in opinion; I’m talking about people who put you down constantly or who make you feel bad about yourself even when you have done nothing to deserve that treatment.<\/span><\/p>\n Those kinds of people live off your energy because they’re too miserable to have their own.<\/span><\/p>\n They refuse to take responsibility, they’re often jealous and controlling and can’t be happy for other people.<\/b><\/p>\n They find problems in everything around them but don’t see the problem within themselves.<\/b><\/p>\n If someone you know is spreading negativity on a daily basis, always plays the victim, keeps disappointing you, blames you, criticizes you or wastes your precious time, you don’t need them in your life\u2014you need them out as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n Trust me, it\u2019s going to be worth it.<\/span><\/p>\n Tuve que hacerlo yo porque me cans\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n I got tired of being taken for granted. I got tired of being someone\u2019s punching bag. That\u2019s why you need to remember you\u2019re not here to entertain someone else and solve their issues when they don\u2019t want to face themselves first.<\/span><\/p>\n I realized that some people just don\u2019t change, no matter what you do. That\u2019s when it dawned on me that in order to move on in life, you need to let go of the things that hold you down.<\/b><\/p>\n \u00bfC\u00f3mo se hace eso?<\/b><\/p>\n Start with trusting yourself and your feelings. If something feels wrong, don\u2019t do it, don\u2019t engage with it.<\/b><\/p>\n Di siempre lo que quieres decir y no lo que los dem\u00e1s quieren o\u00edr. Al\u00e9jate del drama y conf\u00eda en tus instintos.<\/span><\/p>\n Don\u2019t be afraid to say no to people and don\u2019t be afraid to part ways with the ones who don\u2019t care about you and make you feel bad about yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n Cutting people off doesn\u2019t mean you hate them. It just means you learned to respect and love yourself.<\/b><\/p>\n And that\u2019s an important thing. Toxic people may cause you harm and pain but without them, you won\u2019t learn to respect yourself more.<\/span><\/p>\n You won\u2019t learn that the opinions of others don\u2019t matter as long as you feel good about your decisions in your heart.<\/span><\/p>\n You won\u2019t learn to just let go of the things that go against your nature, to walk away from things that are pointless.<\/span><\/p>\n You won\u2019t learn how to always be yourself despite the pressure to change and pull back.<\/span><\/p>\n Don\u2019t give up, don\u2019t play small. Don\u2019t waste your time playing someone else\u2019s game instead of fully experiencing your life.<\/span><\/p>\n C\u00e9ntrate en ti mismo, en tus objetivos y en las personas que te quieren.<\/b><\/p>\n There are many people in your life who deserve your attention and love, people who don\u2019t play vicious games or avoid responsibility.<\/b><\/p>\n Esa es la clase de gente que necesitas.<\/span><\/p>\n Reenergize yourself, spend time with yourself. Be kind to yourself when you\u2019re tired, don\u2019t sacrifice your happiness to make everybody else happy.<\/b><\/p>\n Conoce tus l\u00edmites y tu autoestima.<\/span><\/p>\n Forgive everyone but don\u2019t repeat your mistakes.<\/span><\/p>\n Most importantly, forgive yourself for dealing with people who didn\u2019t deserve you.<\/b><\/p>\n You\u2019re good enough as you are and no amount of toxicity could ever change that.<\/span><\/p>\n There’s a point in life when you just need to change things up in life.
