Esto es lo que me pas\u00f3 a m\u00ed, as\u00ed que s\u00e9 de lo que hablo. Quiero compartir mi experiencia extremadamente dolorosa.<\/p>\n

Quiero abrir mi coraz\u00f3n y volverme completamente vulnerable delante de todos vosotros.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m doing this in the hope that my story will help others break free from the hell they are going through like I broke free from mine.<\/p>\n

It took me a long time to understand what kind of a monster I was married to\u2014it took me 4 years. 4 years of tears, 4 years of crippling pain, 4 years of thinking it was all my fault.<\/p>\n

After all that time, I\u2019m not the same anymore. He took that part of me that made me who I am.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He stole it from me and turned me into something I didn\u2019t want to be. Something he wanted me to be. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Something he could control\u2014a mannequin disguised as a woman.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was an infinite bastard. A heartless mother fucker. He didn\u2019t care for a single soul in this world except for himself.<\/p>\n

He didn\u2019t care for his family or his friends. Actually, he didn\u2019t even have any friends.<\/p>\n

And he robbed me of mine, as well. It was so calculated, it was so sneaky and I didn\u2019t get it.<\/p>\n

I couldn\u2019t leave just like that. Even when I started to realize what he was doing to me, I couldn\u2019t just walk away.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not as easy as it seems. I know people sometimes judge women who are being abused for still sticking to their abusers.<\/p>\n

These abused women even defend their abusers and make excuses for them. Well, it\u2019s easy to play the role of just an observer and judge those women.<\/p>\n

Pero vivir ese escenario y levantarse cada ma\u00f1ana con el est\u00f3mago lleno de miedo y con la decepci\u00f3n escrita en la cara es algo completamente distinto.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Estas mujeres tienen miedo<\/strong> to leave because they got used to the poor treatment they get. They don\u2019t know any better.<\/p>\n

It is insanely weird, because, to some extent, they have at least some kind of security, even if it\u2019s living with an abuser. These hombres t\u00f3xicos<\/a> saben c\u00f3mo enga\u00f1arte para que pienses que realmente se preocupan por ti.<\/p>\n

And when they do, they turn into toxic sociopaths, their actual real selves, all over again, and the vicious circle goes on. That\u2019s why you can\u2019t leave.<\/p>\n

After some time, those harsh loud insults don\u2019t offend you as much.<\/p>\n

His threats and his violent behavior don’t affect you as much. I mean it does affect you, but you swallow it all up.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t shake anymore in front of him, but you go through hell inside of you.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s like you are a drug addict. He made you try it a few times and now, you can\u2019t stop.<\/p>\n

You need more and more and he keeps giving you something you think you need, something you think you can\u2019t live without.<\/p>\n

He realizes how much damage he has done to his precious mind and body and he realizes how stupid he was up to the point when he couldn\u2019t have enough.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s either give up on drugs or die. It\u2019s the same for you. Leave him or die from the inside.<\/p>\n

If your guts are telling you something is wrong, and if you\u2019re feeling like you\u2019ve been imprisoned, if your true self is slowly starting to fade or if you have disappeared completely, then you are being maltratado emocionalmente<\/a>.<\/p>\n

All of the things I wrote are true, but most of the women who are living it can\u2019t accept it or are afraid to.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re still too scared to take the step to being \u2018sober\u2019, to abandon the sociopath that constantly feeds you with toxicity, remember this\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Love isn\u2019t supposed to be that way. Love isn\u2019t supposed to yell at you because it\u2019s having a bad day.<\/p>\n

Love isn\u2019t supposed to emotionally blackmail you. Love isn\u2019t supposed to make you feel less worthy.<\/p>\n

Love isn\u2019t supposed to break you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pero estos hombres son todo menos amor. Gritan, vociferan y faltan al respeto.<\/p>\n

These men don\u2019t know how to love. They know how to pretend to love you.<\/p>\n

They use their villain manipulative power to gaslight you and make you completely oblivious to what\u2019s happening.<\/p>\n

They have the power to control you, but only until you wake up from the nightmare they\u2019ve directed and realize you deserve and want way better than you have now.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Open your eyes to save yourself. See what he\u2019s doing to you, and just like myself, run for your life.<\/p>\n

He will act like it\u2019s not a big deal. Even if you caught him texting another woman who is clearly his mistress, he will make you believe it\u2019s not true.<\/p>\n

At first, you will insist on him explaining you the situation, but after some time of hearing the same excuses, you\u2019ll start doubting yourself.<\/p>\n

You will actually make yourself believe it\u2019s all in your head, that you are pushing things too far.<\/p>\n

That was his plan all along. To make you believe you\u2019re the crazy one and that he never did anything wrong.<\/p>\n

He is totally guilt-tripping you. He makes you think you are the one to blame for literally anything\u2014his and your mistakes.<\/p>\n

If he has troubles in his life, he will guilt you by saying you don\u2019t love him or that you don\u2019t give him enough of your time and that\u2019s why he\u2019s been failing. Not because he is incompetent, but because you don\u2019t try hard enough.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s a control freak<\/h2>\n

He is obsessed with control. That\u2019s why he has isolated you from the rest of the world.<\/p>\n

He doesn\u2019t want you to communicate with anybody but him, so he can feed you with his toxic thoughts and violent behavior.<\/p>\n

He also knows he can\u2019t keep your attention. After you fall for him, he knows he has to do something to force you to stay.<\/p>\n

To make this come true, he has mastered controlling any possible situation, so there won\u2019t be any surprises. This makes you feel like a prisoner.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s a complete hypocrite<\/h2>\n

Te enga\u00f1ar\u00e1, te mentir\u00e1 y te manipular\u00e1. Te tratar\u00e1 como si fueras la \u00faltima en su lista de prioridades porque, de hecho, lo eres.<\/p>\n

And what\u2019s hilarious is that you are supposed to remain perfect and flawless.<\/p>\n

In fact, he doesn\u2019t have an identity of his own. He needs you to boost his ego and to feed him with your approval which is sad when you look at it more closely.<\/p>\n

He doesn\u2019t respect your boundaries<\/h2>\n

This is again because he doesn\u2019t respect you enough to care. We all have boundaries, we all draw the line when something is too much for us.<\/p>\n

Well, he doesn\u2019t respect that. He thinks he has the right to set your boundaries for you.<\/p>\n

And even if you remain firm and let him realize when it\u2019s enough, he won\u2019t respect it.<\/p>\n

He will cross those boundaries every time he wants because he doesn\u2019t care at all about what you need or think.<\/p>\n

Miente perfectamente<\/h2>\n

Su principal objetivo es asegurarte que eres una gran nada sin \u00e9l.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re fighting with anxiety and you don\u2019t know why<\/h2>\n

You\u2019re anxious and you can\u2019t figure out why. Well, it\u2019s because your whole relationship is wrong.<\/p>\n

He is wrong. It\u2019s because you don\u2019t feel good in your relationship and you feel he is being disrespectful and mean for no good reason.<\/p>\n

Crees que todo es culpa tuya, y te culpas porque \u00e9l te enga\u00f1a para que lo hagas.<\/p>\n

Piensas que vales menos y empiezas a creer que tienes suerte de tener alg\u00fan tipo de relaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re anxious because you overanalyze things which are so simple, only you can\u2019t see them yet.<\/p>\n

Es extremadamente grosero con la gente que no le interesa<\/h2>\n

He was only kind to you and he only bothered to impress you. He doesn\u2019t care about other people and is never kind to anyone.<\/p>\n

On contrary, he is extremely rude and unpleasant. That\u2019s because he doesn\u2019t need anything from those people, so he doesn\u2019t hide his real face and treats them like crap.<\/p>\n

When he actually needs someone\u2019s help, he turns on his full charm and of course gets what he wants.<\/p>\n

Afterwards, you\u2019re just another face in the crowd for him\u2014completely irrelevant and non-existent.<\/p>\n
