Todos nos hemos encontrado con este tipo de personas al menos una vez en la vida, probablemente en una relaci\u00f3n sentimental, y duele much\u00edsimo saber que nuestra pareja nos ha estado manipulando<\/a> en pensar que lo que nos mostraban eran sentimientos verdaderos.<\/p>\n

So, without further ado, I’m giving all the ways of emotional manipulation, so you can recognize it the next time you see it!<\/p>\n

La v\u00edctima<\/h2>\n

You’ve met \u2018the victim\u2019 for sure at least once in your life. You simply know that it’s them every time they open their mouth.<\/p>\n

\u201cI’m just not good enough,\u201d \u201cYou don’t love me anymore,\u201d \u201cYou’re being so rude to me, I’m fragile, can’t you see?\u201d<\/p>\n

Pase lo que pase, estas personas siempre se sienten inseguras por algo en su vida y nunca saben qu\u00e9 hacer. Su objetivo es conseguir tu aprobaci\u00f3n y que les tengas l\u00e1stima.<\/p>\n

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9?<\/p>\n

Well, they\u2019re not called \u2018victims\u2019 for no reason. They want all of you to feel sorry for them and they give you all the power to make them feel better again because they can’t make themselves feel better.<\/p>\n

Es posible que te sientas agobiado con este tipo de personas y que tengas muchas peleas con ellas debido a sus constantes cambios de humor.<\/p>\n

El experto en TODO<\/h2>\n

Estas personas son las que m\u00e1s me drenan porque su constante necesidad de ser mejor que nadie es tan fuerte que, de alguna manera, se las arreglan para no mostrar nunca sus inseguridades.<\/p>\n

Pero imag\u00ednate lo vulnerable e insegura que debe ser una persona para que constantemente necesite compararse contigo e intente menospreciarte diciendo lo mejor que es que t\u00fa.<\/p>\n

How they are above you and you aren’t worthy of their time. These people drain others with their toxic personalities.<\/p>\n

Pueden llenarte de sus propias inseguridades y te las se\u00f1alan constantemente para que veas cada peque\u00f1o error que has cometido. Huye de estas personas.<\/p>\n

She will flirt with every ex you’ve ever had, with your guy friends, maybe even your boyfriend. She has no limit.<\/p>\n

Intentar\u00e1 destruir tu relaci\u00f3n y hacerte sentir miserable sin que te des cuenta.<\/p>\n

El autodefensor<\/h2>\n

OK, you’ve done something wrong and it hurt someone. You admit it right away. But not this person because everyone else is to blame but them.<\/p>\n

They are never the one whose fault it is that something is broken or some project didn’t end up the way it should’ve.<\/p>\n

They’ll make you believe that you’re the one who messed it all up and they will never be the one to blame for anything.<\/p>\n

El estallido de ira<\/h2>\n

\u201cWHY WOULD YOU EVEN ASK ME THAT? HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE?!\u201d I’ve dated este tipo de manipulador emocional<\/a>.<\/p>\n

En realidad, muchos de mis novios eran as\u00ed, pero nunca me di cuenta del patr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

I just thought that I was too clingy and that I was the one to blame. But I wasn’t.<\/p>\n

I never was. It’s just that they are angry at themselves for some reason, for not achieving a certain goal or something like that.<\/p>\n

So don’t bother with these people. They have anger management issues and it shouldn’t actually be something you need to worry about. They are not angry at you. They are angry at themselves.<\/p>\n

El mentiroso inocente<\/h2>\n

They’ll make up a story just to sound more interesting.<\/p>\n

They want you to like them so they won’t make any excuse for that because why would they? It’s an innocent lie. But be careful.<\/p>\n

You won’t ever know if they\u2019re telling the truth about an important matter.<\/p>\n

They might even tell lies about you and claim that, \u201cWell, you didn’t say it like that,\u201d or, \u201cOhh, I must have misunderstood you.\u201d<\/p>\n

El d\u00e9bil fuerte<\/h2>\n

You’ve probably seen girls who keep playing the victim in relationships just because they are the \u2018weaker\u2019 gender and they make their partner feel like they need to look out for them constantly just so they won’t be sad.<\/p>\n

You want to make them feel better somehow, but it doesn’t work. They’re just a stupid crybaby.<\/p>\n

El tri\u00e1ngulo<\/h2>\n

Weird name, right? I don\u2019t know what else to call them. These are the people who are nice to their victim and play all innocent just to gain their trust.<\/p>\n

Cuando lo tienen, acuden a otra persona (\u00bfo incluso a todo el mundo?) para que les cuente todos tus secretitos.<\/p>\n

They want the approval and love of all the people they can surround themselves with, so they use the advantage they have to always know what’s going on and to simply gossip. Apparently, they don’t have their own life.<\/p>\n

El agresivo<\/h2>\n

If you don’t do what they want you to do, podr\u00edan hacerte da\u00f1o<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Or at least threaten to do so. Their vocabulary is a combination of curse words and threats that they’ll hurt you.<\/p>\n

Don’t take them seriously, just try talking to them in a nice manner. If that doesn’t work either, just leave. It’s not worth it.<\/p>\n

The \u2018all-in-one\u2019<\/h2>\n

This is probably an exaggeration, but there are people in this world who are multiple emotional manipulators and we didn’t recognize them until now.<\/p>\n

They can be the weak victims who threaten to kill you if you don’t do what you want. So it’s really an interesting combination.<\/p>\n

A veces se disfrazan muy bien, pero cr\u00e9eme, al final mostrar\u00e1n sus colores.<\/p>\n

Just keep your distance from these people and don’t dedicate your time and attention to them. You’ll feel more drained than you have ever felt before.<\/p>\n
