Because people got used to your kindness and your favors, they are surprised when they see you with too much on your plate and you trying to say \u2018no\u2019 to them.<\/p>\n

I wrote \u2018trying\u2019 for a reason, because even though you feel like saying \u2018no\u2019 to them, your guilty conscience doesn\u2019t allow you to do it.<\/p>\n

It would keep you awake at night and it would make you feel bad or make you feel like a bad person and that\u2019s the last thing you want.<\/p>\n

So you end up doing things for other people who don\u2019t deserve you lifting one finger for them.<\/p>\n

Nobody knows how you feel…<\/h2>\n

The worst part of being a girl who always takes care of others is to see that there isn\u2019t anyone to take care of you.<\/p>\n
