Quando ero pi\u00f9 giovane avevo tanti propositi per il nuovo anno. Da quello di perdere un paio di chili a quello di farmi pi\u00f9 bella.<\/p>\n

Then, somewhere down the road I realized life is not about the things that I can affect. Life is all about the things I can\u2019t affect. So, this year I only want things that money can\u2019t buy.<\/p>\n

Prima di tutto, voglio sentire la pace dentro di noi<\/a><\/i><\/b> . Voglio sentirmi bene nella mia pelle. Voglio essere una donna in grado di accettare un complimento senza arrossire perch\u00e9 me lo merito.<\/p>\n

I want to walk proudly down the street knowing that I didn\u2019t do harm to anybody. I want to feel that I am worthy.<\/p>\n

Voglio sentire che sono abbastanza. E non importa quanto tempo debba passare perch\u00e9 ci\u00f2 accada, sar\u00f2 paziente perch\u00e9 questo \u00e8 importante per me.<\/p>\n

In secondo luogo, voglio provare un amore cos\u00ec profondo che l'oceano ne sarebbe geloso.<\/i><\/b>.<\/b> Voglio essere amata e rispettata perch\u00e9 me lo merito.<\/p>\n

Ogni volta che amo, mi impegno al massimo. Questa volta voglio che gli altri mi dimostrino quanto mi amano e mi apprezzano, perch\u00e9 non ho pi\u00f9 intenzione di sminuirmi.<\/p>\n

In terzo luogo, voglio sentire la felicit\u00e0 nel mio cuore.<\/i><\/b> For some reason, there isn\u2019t much happiness in my life.<\/p>\n

I was thinking that maybe I didn\u2019t have enough time for my private life and that\u2019s why I didn\u2019t feel that happiness. But when I think twice about it, I don\u2019t think that was the problem.<\/p>\n

Il problema \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 profondo dentro di me. Il problema potrebbe essere costituito da tutte quelle chiamate che non ho mai ricevuto mentre le meritavo.<\/p>\n

Ma voglio lasciare tutto questo nel passato, perch\u00e9 \u00e8 l\u00ec che deve stare.<\/p>\n

Voglio sbarazzarmi di tutte quelle persone che hanno finto di essere mie amiche e che mi hanno tradito alle prime difficolt\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Quest'anno voglio dedicarmi di pi\u00f9 a me stessa e trovare quella felicit\u00e0 nel mio cuore e nella mia anima che sta lottando cos\u00ec tanto per uscire.<\/p>\n

Quest'anno, quindi, i miei unici propositi saranno le cose di cui ho fame. Ho fame di amore, di pace, di speranza, di cura, di felicit\u00e0, di armonia e di tutti quei sentimenti positivi che ho tanto desiderato.<\/i><\/b>.<\/b><\/p>\n

Qualunque cosa accada, cercher\u00f2 di dare al mio cuore e alla mia anima tutto ci\u00f2 di cui hanno bisogno.<\/p>\n

Perch\u00e9 come il nostro corpo ha bisogno di cibo per essere sano, cos\u00ec la nostra anima e il nostro cuore hanno bisogno di cibo spirituale per essere vivi.<\/p>\n

And I won\u2019t be able to do that if I don\u2019t have peace inside of me.<\/p>\n

Una volta che ho deciso di dedicarmi completamente a qualcuno, voglio stare bene con me stessa. Voglio essere una donna che accetta tutti i miei pro e contro.<\/p>\n

Voglio sapere che non sono perfetta, ma che sto cercando di esserlo. Voglio sapere che ho fatto tutto ci\u00f2 che era in mio potere per essere soddisfatta nella mia pelle.<\/p>\n

E soprattutto voglio essere una donna con autostima. Voglio dire a me stessa ogni giorno che dovrei essere felice perch\u00e9 sto facendo qualcosa di buono per me stessa.<\/p>\n

Voglio dire a me stessa che sto andando molto meglio di quanto pensi e che, per quanto alcune persone vogliano vedermi a terra, io non ci sar\u00f2 mai. Perch\u00e9 sono una combattente e il cielo aiuta chi combatte.<\/p>\n

And in the end, when I get that peace within that I crave so much, I won\u2019t selfishly keep it only for myself.<\/p>\n

Voglio condividerla con la mia famiglia e i miei amici. Voglio aiutare tutte le persone a provare questa benedizione che prover\u00f2 io e voglio che ne godiamo per sempre.<\/p>\n

So, 2025, here I come\u2014more beautiful, more stubborn, more goal-oriented and much smarter. I hope you are ready for me because I am sure as hell ready for you!<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n
