Come smettere di preoccuparsi di qualcuno che ti fa battere il cuore? Di qualcuno che ti rende la giornata intera solo per la sua presenza? \u00c8 umanamente possibile farlo? <\/i><\/p>\n

Mi sono posta le stesse domande pi\u00f9 volte, finch\u00e9 non ho trovato la soluzione.<\/p>\n

Like most of us, the only way to figure things out is to experience them on your own skin\u2014to fail miserably so you could go back up. Sometimes there is no other way to move forward than to experience pain.<\/p>\n

In questo modo potete imparare da esso. Potete dare una svolta a quel dolore in modo che abbia un esito positivo.<\/p>\n

Il momento dell'epifania per me \u00e8 stata quella minuscola frazione di secondo in cui mi sono resa conto che la vita \u00e8 troppo breve per relazioni quasi prive di valore, promesse a met\u00e0 e uomini a met\u00e0. <\/b><\/p>\n

The moment when I finally came to my senses and realized I deserve more\u2014I deserve better than this. I deserve someone who cares about me the same way I care about him and nothing less. <\/b><\/p>\n

That moment didn\u2019t come easily. It took its time. It took draining me of emotions to the point all I felt was complete numbness.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s really difficult to make that cut. To make a decision that you are your own priority and that you shouldn\u2019t settle for anybody who treats you like you are not enough.<\/p>\n

But trust me\u2014after the initial blow of sadness and loneliness, things start to look up. You find a way to rebuild yourself and demand the things that you deserve.<\/p>\n

He will look at you as his safety net\u2014someone he can rely on to always be there.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t want to be a simple safety net to somebody you care so much about. Especially when he is something so inconstant in your life.<\/p>\n

He is not concerned with your happiness; he is concerned with his own. That\u2019s the lesson you have to take from him\u2014dare priorit\u00e0 alla propria felicit\u00e0. <\/a><\/p>\n

Put yourself first. Make yourself happy and make your own dreams come true. Don\u2019t depend on anybody else to do it for you.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t look for him to provide you with the happiness he never will. It\u2019s in your hands.<\/p>\n

If your heart and brain aren\u2019t in sync, you are in a bad relationship. The heart feels what it feels there is no questioning that, but the heart can be deceitful, too, which is why there are so many bad relationships out there.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why we often settle for less than we deserve.<\/p>\n

So, when you finally decide it\u2019s time to stop caring about him, make sure to listen to your brain when he starts texting and calling. Don\u2019t buy into his lame excuses\u2014you\u2019ve heard it all before.<\/p>\n

Lasciatelo parlare e notate quanto diventa noioso. Non sentirete mai nulla di nuovo, solo le stesse stupide scuse ogni volta. Voi siete migliori di cos\u00ec.<\/p>\n

Demand that the love, respect and validation you give to someone be given back. The mistake I made is that I wasn\u2019t clear with myself about my own standards.<\/p>\n

I didn\u2019t value myself enough. Out of fear of losing him, I let him make a puppet out of me. I should\u2019ve never done that\u2014I am nobody\u2019s toy.<\/p>\n

Ho dovuto fare una lunga e significativa conversazione con me stessa e stabilire quali avrebbero dovuto essere gli standard. Ho deciso che non permetter\u00f2 mai a nessuno di darmi per scontata.<\/p>\n

Mi ha aiutato in futuro e mi ha fatto vedere tutte le cose che lasciavo passare con leggerezza.<\/p>\n

Stabilire degli standard d\u00e0 agli uomini una serie chiara di confini da non oltrepassare.<\/p>\n

No, you don\u2019t have to act bitchy and make somebody feel like you are their boss, but you have to make sure that both of you know which things can\u2019t and never will be tolerated.<\/p>\n

Lasciandolo, otterrete molto di pi\u00f9<\/h2>\n

There is that thing called harmony\u2014that state of inner peace that is priceless. That\u2019s the first thing you will gain when you say your final good,bye to him.<\/p>\n

Dicendogli addio, dite anche addio a tutto il dolore che vi sta causando, a tutto lo stress, a tutte quelle notti insonni in attesa di un messaggio di risposta e a tutte le manipolazioni e i comportamenti scorretti che vi ha fatto subire.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s time to stop caring about those who clearly don’t care about you.<\/b><\/p>\n
