But then, overnight, I decided that I couldn\u2019t continue like that anymore and that I craved a change. So, that was what I did. I changed my way of thinking and I finally learned to put myself first.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E soprattutto ho imparato a sconfiggere tutti quei pensieri assillanti che hanno fatto parte della mia vita per tanto tempo.
