You&#8217;re nothing but an alien in your life and you&#8217;re detached from the world around you.<\/p>\n<p>If you dig a little deeper in yourself, you\u2019ll see that this is exactly how you can describe your every day. It\u2019s like life is passing by you and you\u2019re not doing anything to participate in it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It\u2019s like you\u2019ve exited your body a long time ago and you\u2019re just observing everything that\u2019s going on to someone else \u2013 even though that someone else used to be you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a weird feeling, I know. You\u2019re merely surviving, waiting for your end to come.<\/p>\n<p>You don\u2019t intend to leave a mark on this world. You\u2019re not putting effort into spending every day as if it was your last or enjoying every breath you take.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re not doing anything at all to make the best of your time on Earth. It\u2019s like you don\u2019t see that you were put in this world for a reason. It is like you don\u2019t notice that your life was a gift that you\u2019re putting to waste.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re not living \u2013 you\u2019re merely existing. You\u2019re completely passive: instead of taking action, you allow things to happen to you.<\/p>\n<h2>Cosa provoca l'intorpidimento emotivo?<\/h2>\n<p>Le cause dell'intorpidimento emotivo sono diverse.
