Che cos'\u00e8 la felicit\u00e0? La gente ha discusso su questa domanda per secoli. Ma anche se non si sa come definirla, sapete sicuramente cos'\u00e8 la felicit\u00e0 quando la provate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And although happiness is not the same for everyone, there is no person alive who doesn\u2019t strive for it.<\/p>\n

Most of us spend our life waiting for happiness to knock on our door and for it to magically happen to us. But what we don\u2019t know is that happiness will never choose us, until we choose it.<\/p>\n

Sometimes you\u2019ll experience negative emotions but it is your choice whether you\u2019ll allow those negative emotions to take control of you and to completely consume you, turning you into a bitter, pessimistic person or you\u2019ll face these negative things that are happening to you, embrace those emotions as a part of life and focus on making the best of things.<\/p>\n
