Ever since you\u2019ve broken things off with this guy, all you wish for is to <\/span>dimenticarlo<\/span> completely and to move on with your life once and for all. But somehow, that isn\u2019t happening and you don\u2019t know why.<\/span><\/p>\n

Have you ever thought that the real reason you can\u2019t seem to get over this guy is that you are the one keeping yourself from moving on? Sometimes it\u2019s the apparently little things which keep us hooked on someone but those are usually the things you need to do (or stop doing) before you expect to get over him. <\/span><\/p>\n

You won\u2019t get over him until you stop checking his social network accounts.<\/b> It won\u2019t happen until you stop checking when the last time he was online, what kind of pictures he posted and who he followed. It won\u2019t happen until you stop posting pictures and Instagram stories of yourself looking great, hoping that he will see them and trying to convince yourself that you are doing it only so he can see what he\u2019s lost, when you secretly hope they\u2019ll make him call you.<\/span><\/p>\n

You won\u2019t get over him until you <\/b>smettere di essere ossessionati<\/b><\/a> su questo ragazzo.<\/b> You won\u2019t move on with your life as long as you pass by his street just to see if the lights in his apartment are on, if you deliberately show up to places where you could meet him and as long as you go out hoping you\u2019ll see him. I am not saying you should avoid some places just because of this guy but you shouldn\u2019t do your best to accidentally run into him either.<\/span><\/p>\n

You won\u2019t get over him as long as you are interested in who he has been seeing and dating and as long as you are interested in anything that has to do with him.<\/b> It won\u2019t happen unless you stop comparing yourself to his new girlfriend, asking your friends if she looks better than you.<\/span><\/p>\n

You won\u2019t get over him as long as you wait for your birthday or some other important date in your life, not for yourself but because you hope he\u2019ll call you.<\/b> It won\u2019t happen as long as you are looking for excuses to contact him in any way. <\/span><\/p>\n

You won\u2019t get over him as long as you hang out with his friends and family.<\/b> I understand that with time all of these people have probably become a part of your life as well but it is one thing if you\u2019ve stayed in touch with them because you don\u2019t want to lose them and it is something completely different if you hang out with them just so you can gather information regarding your ex or because you hope they will talk to him about you. <\/span><\/p>\n

You won\u2019t get over him as long as you keep everything that reminds you of him,<\/b> as long as your room is filled with pictures of you two and as long as you go to sleep every night wearing his T-shirt. It won\u2019t happen as long as you aren\u2019t taking off the necklace he bought you and as long as you keep playing all those songs that remind you of him. I am not saying you should get rid of all the things that remind you of him but maybe it wouldn\u2019t be such a bad idea to at least put them all away until this mourning phase passes. <\/span><\/p>\n

You won\u2019t get over this guy as long as you keep bringing his name up<\/b> in every possible conversation with just about anyone. I know a lot of things and people remind you of him and that you simply have the need to share your emotions and thoughts with people but by doing this, you are only keeping him alive in your head. Constantly talking about how much you miss him or even how much you hate him won\u2019t do you any good<\/span>\u2014<\/span>crea solo l'illusione nella vostra testa che questo ragazzo sia ancora nella vostra vita. <\/span><\/p>\n
