A volte ci abituiamo cos\u00ec tanto alle cose brutte, cattive e dolorose che tutto diventa normale.<\/p>\n
Rimaniamo in una cattiva relazione, sopportiamo un comportamento intollerabile, perch\u00e9 continuiamo a pensare che le cose miglioreranno.<\/p>\n
Prima che ce ne accorgiamo, i giorni, i mesi e persino gli anni passano cos\u00ec velocemente e nulla cambia. Anzi, le cose peggiorano. Ciononostante, restiamo e lottiamo.<\/p>\n
Anche se significa lottare da soli. Anche se significa amare, dare, investire per due. Continuiamo a farlo finch\u00e9 non ci distruggiamo completamente.<\/p>\n
We maybe didn\u2019t know how to walk away but fortunately they did. They left us while there was still time. While we could still find ourself.<\/p>\n

Abbiamo la possibilit\u00e0 di ricreare la nostra vita. Perch\u00e9 tutto ci\u00f2 che hanno fatto \u00e8 stato tenerci fermi. Il loro comportamento indeciso, i loro tira e molla e le briciole di affetto ci hanno fatto desiderare tutto ci\u00f2 che non abbiamo mai avuto. <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
Abbiamo sempre desiderato di pi\u00f9. Di pi\u00f9 dall'amore, di pi\u00f9 dalla vita e, soprattutto, di pi\u00f9 da noi stessi.<\/p>\n
\u00c8 arrivato il momento di renderci felici.<\/p>\n
Eravamo privi di amore. Eravamo sempre soli, anche quando c'erano loro. Volevamo pi\u00f9 attenzione, pi\u00f9 calore, spalle forti e ascolto.<\/p>\n
We never asked for too much but the problem was that we kept expecting it from the wrong person. From a person who didn\u2019t know the true meaning of commitment.<\/p>\n
They didn’t know how to give back everything that they were receiving. Their selfish nature made them take and take and take until there was nothing left.<\/p>\n
You see, we didn\u2019t lose anything because of their absence\u2014we actually gained from it.<\/b><\/p>\n

Our life is more peaceful now. We don\u2019t have to live in that emotional roller coaster anymore.<\/p>\n
Our feelings don\u2019t have to fluctuate up and down and depend on the behavior of someone who takes them for granted.<\/p>\n
We don’t have to listen to lies and question if there is any truth to them. We don\u2019t have to put up with mind games and emotional neglect.<\/p>\n
We don\u2019t look at our phone, waiting for that reply that should have come hours ago. We don\u2019t have to ask anybody to find a moment or two to spend with us. We don\u2019t have to wait anymore.<\/p>\n
Abbiamo aspettato che le cose migliorassero, che lui cambiasse, che ci trattasse come meritavamo, che fosse pronto per questo e per quello e tutto si \u00e8 ridotto ad aspettare. Vivere per quello che potrebbe essere invece di vivere per ora.<\/p>\n
Eravamo ingabbiati da tutta quell'attesa e ora siamo liberi. Finalmente liberi di vivere la nostra vita come vogliamo.<\/p>\n

Vivere per il presente e non anticipare il futuro, quando le cose potrebbero migliorare nella nostra relazione.<\/p>\n
Le cose stanno migliorando in questo momento perch\u00e9 abbiamo scelto di farlo. Questa volta abbiamo scelto di amare prima noi stessi.<\/p>\n
Abbiamo scelto di vedere tutto ci\u00f2 che di positivo \u00e8 emerso da tutto questo casino.<\/p>\n
Abbiamo scelto di considerare la fine di quella relazione schifosa come la cosa migliore che potesse mai capitarci.<\/p>\n
