Ogni singolo bambino merita di avere una mamma e un pap\u00e0! So che spesso si dice che le mamme sono quelle che a volte svolgono entrambi i ruoli, facendo il passo pi\u00f9 lungo della gamba per i loro figli, ma nel mio caso tu sei stato l'unico a fare uno sforzo. Sei stato un padre e una madre per me e non mi hai mai fatto sentire in colpa per non avere mio padre con noi.<\/p>\n

Grazie a voi, al mio madre, al mio eroe<\/a>, to my warrior, I never craved a father\u2019s love because you made sure that you gave enough all by yourself. And today, I want to thank you for everything you did for me. So Mom, if you are reading these lines, I want you to know this:<\/p>\n

Per avermi tenuto la mano per tanto tempo, facendo in modo che non mi succedesse nulla di male. Now, I understand that you loved me even when I didn\u2019t love myself. You always gave me enough space and time so I could become the person I am today. You never mocked my dreams, telling me that something was impossible but you were always the wind beneath my wings, telling me that I just needed to close my eyes and wish really hard for something to happen. Because of you, I made my dreams come true and for that, I will always be thankful to you.<\/p>\n

Now that I have kids of my own, I can see how hard it is to raise them even if they have a dad who is always there. And I can\u2019t imagine how hard it was for you to raise me when we were alone and when you had to work two different jobs just to provide me with the things I needed for school.<\/p>\n

Thank you for putting up with me when I was angry at you. Thank you for not leaving me alone so you could go around and enjoy your life with another man. Thank you for putting your love life on hold just so I wouldn\u2019t feel neglected. Mom, thank you for everything! Because of you, I am the person I am today.<\/p>\n
