Quest'anno non \u00e8 stato come me lo aspettavo. \u00c8 stato un anno in cui ho imparato molte cose, ma in modo duro.<\/p>\n

\u00c8 stato un anno in cui ho perso i miei cari, in cui i segreti si sono rivelati e in cui ho visto le persone intorno a me togliersi la maschera e rivelare il loro vero volto.<\/p>\n

Durante questo anno <\/a>Ho imparato che posso contare solo su me stesso. Ho imparato che non importa quante volte tutti mi dicano che saranno l\u00ec per sempre, se ne andranno, adducendo scuse non appena le cose si metteranno male.<\/p>\n

I learned that I shouldn\u2019t give too much of myself to the people who don\u2019t deserve it and that words mean nothing if actions are different.<\/p>\n

I learned that family doesn\u2019t necessarily mean safety and that the ones who swore they will always protect me left with the first bump on the road.<\/p>\n

Questo \u00e8 stato un anno in cui ho imparato molto su me stessa. Ho imparato a controllare le mie emozioni, a controllare il mio modo di reagire e ad accogliere ogni cambiamento come se fosse la cosa migliore che mi stesse accadendo.<\/p>\n

Nel corso di quest'anno sono cambiata completamente, ma mi va benissimo cos\u00ec.<\/p>\n

Ho avuto la sfortuna di perdere persone che pensavo fossero i miei migliori amici. Ma in realt\u00e0 stavano con me solo per un interesse personale.<\/p>\n

Stavano con me perch\u00e9 ero conveniente per loro. E niente di pi\u00f9. Perci\u00f2 perderli \u00e8 stato un male, ma quando li guardo da vicino, \u00e8 meglio che abbia visto i loro veri volti in tempo.<\/p>\n

This year taught me that when someone says they love me, it doesn\u2019t always mean it will last forever. I learned that love is all about how much effort you are willing to make for someone.<\/p>\n

It is how much you are willing to give to them without asking for anything in return. I learned that I shouldn\u2019t push things, especially when it comes to love. And that was the most important thing I learned so far.<\/p>\n

Quest'anno mi ha anche insegnato che l'unica persona di cui dovrei fidarmi \u00e8 proprio me stessa. Perch\u00e9 mi sono fidata di tante persone nella mia vita, e tutte si sono approfittate di me.<\/p>\n

Mi hanno deluso dandomi per scontato <\/a> and neglecting me. They didn\u2019t see how much I was willing to make an effort for them. They only looked out for themselves.<\/p>\n

Quest'anno ho imparato che nella vita posso contare solo su me stessa. Ho imparato che ogni volta che cado devo rialzarmi. Ho imparato che non devo mai arrendermi.<\/p>\n

Perch\u00e9 se lo faccio, mi perder\u00f2 completamente. Sarei solo un'altra donna che ha rinunciato alla sua vita. E non \u00e8 una cosa che voglio fare.<\/p>\n

I also learned that there will be different phases in life and that it won\u2019t always all be so flawless. There will be hard times, times where I will feel I am losing my mind but that I will get over them if I believe in myself.<\/p>\n

I learned that life and love isn\u2019t only about one man, and if he doesn\u2019t make me feel happy, then I shouldn\u2019t hold onto him.<\/p>\n

I learned that love will come when I least expect it and that it is something I shouldn\u2019t push. It should come to me naturally.<\/p>\n

I learned that I don\u2019t need a man to complete me. I don\u2019t need one to be my hero either. I am strong and capable enough to take care of myself.<\/p>\n

E anche quando sar\u00f2 stanca fino alle ossa, trover\u00f2 dentro di me quel pizzico di forza per continuare a muovermi. Non mi arrender\u00f2 mai, soprattutto non con me stessa.<\/p>\n

This year taught me so many things, and some of them changed my outlook on life completely. I learned that I can survive everything that happens to me on my own and that I don\u2019t need anyone\u2019s help.<\/p>\n

E anche se quest'anno sono successe pi\u00f9 cose brutte che belle, ne sono grata. Sono grata perch\u00e9 in questo modo ho imparato ad affrontare i problemi della vita e a uscirne a mente fredda.<\/p>\n

Quest'anno mi ha aiutato a crescere e a capire meglio me stessa. E, cosa pi\u00f9 importante, mi ha aiutato a capire che non importa quanto Sono rotto <\/a>Posso essere di nuovo integro.<\/p>\n
