Il dolore che provate continua a lacerarvi e a volte vi sembra di essere sul punto di crollare all'interno.<\/p>\n

Il peso schiacciante che portate nel petto vi soffoca letteralmente, vi fa mancare il respiro e a volte vi fa sentire addirittura morire.<\/p>\n

Eppure tutti intorno a voi continuano a dirvi che le cose alla fine miglioreranno, senza darvi alcun consiglio su come guarire davvero e ultimamente tutto questo ha iniziato a sembrarvi un mucchio di stronzate.<\/p>\n

They even make you feel like you don\u2019t have the right to have all of those emotions because many people have it worse than you do.<\/p>\n

Well, guess what? Screw other people\u2014the pain you are feeling is yours and no one else\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t get me wrong\u2014I am not saying that you shouldn\u2019t be empathetic or that your feelings are the only ones which matter but the truth is the fact that whether someone else is suffering or not doesn\u2019t make things any easier or harder for you.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know whether some asshole broke your heart, if your friend betrayed you, if you are going through a family crisis or you just feel depressed and like you can\u2019t take it anymore.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

In ogni caso, quello che posso promettervi \u00e8 che prima o poi le cose si risolveranno da sole. Troverete un uomo che si accorger\u00e0 del vostro valore, la vostra carriera migliorer\u00e0 e tutto ci\u00f2 che vi preoccupa si risolver\u00e0.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
