2. Soddisfa il nostro ego<\/h2>\n

A volte il nostro ego pu\u00f2 ingannarci e farci desiderare chi non possiamo avere solo perch\u00e9 pensiamo che stare con loro ci faccia sentire meglio e soddisfi il nostro ego.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pensiamo che le partite di rincorsa e i nostri sforzi per vincerle siano ci\u00f2 che ci far\u00e0 sentire superiori una volta ottenute. <\/span><\/p>\n

Il nostro ego ci fa credere che dobbiamo ottenere qualcosa (conquistare quella persona specifica) per sentirci bene con noi stessi.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Crediamo che essere accettati da loro sia un valore aggiunto per noi.<\/h2>\n

Ci rivolgiamo a persone specifiche con qualit\u00e0 e caratteristiche che ammiriamo e pensiamo che essere accettati da loro ci dar\u00e0 un valore aggiunto. <\/span><\/p>\n

Pensiamo che stare con loro influenzer\u00e0 gli altri a vederci sotto una luce diversa, migliore. <\/span><\/p>\n

Basically, we\u2019re looking for a shortcut of self-acceptance which is usually built over years.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Lottiamo con una bassa autostima<\/h2>\n

Desideriamo coloro che non possiamo avere perch\u00e9 lottiamo con la nostra bassa autostima e conquistare qualcuno che non possiamo avere \u00e8 come scalare una montagna e sentirsi un vero vincitore una volta raggiunta la cima.<\/span><\/p>\n

La sensazione di successo e di essere degni di qualcosa o di qualcuno \u00e8 un alimento per la nostra autostima ed \u00e8 per questo che ci illudiamo che desiderare e lottare per chi non possiamo avere sia l'unica cosa che ci aiuter\u00e0 ad aumentare il livello di fiducia in noi stessi.<\/span><\/p>\n
