Don\u2019t ask her why she doesn\u2019t bother putting on her eyeliner anymore or why she keeps wearing that one oversized hoodie all the time. Don\u2019t even think of asking her where she got it in the first place.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t ask her why she bites her lower lip while she nervously glancing through the room full of people as if she\u2019s looking for something or somebody.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t you dare tell her she looks like a mess and then ask her what\u2019s wrong.<\/p>\n

When she insists on being alone, look her in the eye and tell her she\u2019s more than enough, tell her she\u2019s worthy, and she deserves to be loved. Tell her how she didn\u2019t deserve to be broken, but it doesn\u2019t matter that she is because you\u2019re there to glue her broken pieces back together.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t ask stupid questions. Don\u2019t be one of those who don\u2019t know what to do. Don\u2019t try and say things that might make her feel worse.<\/p>\n

When you see a girl that hasn\u2019t been herself in a while, don\u2019t ask questions you already know the answer to. Instead, wrap your arms around her. Let her feel your warmth. Let your closeness exile her depression, her dark thoughts, her will to die.<\/p>\n
