A volte ci aggrappiamo alle cose in modo cos\u00ec stretto da fare molti pi\u00f9 danni di quanti ne farebbe il lasciarle andare.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s because there\u2019s a constant struggle<\/a> between what we feel and what we know, like the famous fight – cuore contro mente.<\/em><\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t mean we weren\u2019t strong enough. It means we were stronger than ever before.<\/p>\n

It means we were brave, because it takes courage and guts to leave the one you love. Because he\u2019s the same one who is hurting your soul and making your heart bleed.<\/p>\n
