As mulheres n\u00e3o s\u00e3o complicadas, s\u00e3o apenas diferentes dos homens.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Demorei muito tempo a perceber qual era a diferen\u00e7a entre as abordagens masculina e feminina, mas depois apercebi-me.<\/p>\n

Quando os homens falam, falam sobretudo de factos. A maioria dos homens limita-se a comunicar informa\u00e7\u00f5es \u00f3bvias sem grandes liga\u00e7\u00f5es emocionais.<\/p>\n

Pelo contr\u00e1rio, as mulheres comunicam com palavras carregadas de emo\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

For instance, if a man makes a comment on something he sees, like, \u201cThat dress is off-shoulder,\u201d there\u2019s a strong possibility that he thinks nothing but what he literally said.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s just making an observation.<\/p>\n

Por outro lado, uma mulher pensar\u00e1 que ele est\u00e1 a tentar implicar<\/em> something by saying that information because that\u2019s how they communicate.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s where the mess begins.<\/p>\n

So here\u2019s my message for men: Think before you speak. If you care for the woman you love, think about how your words will affect her.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t let her worry about unimportant things when you can reassure her with one simple sentence.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s almost scary how quickly we lose patience and compassion with those who are closest to us.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t fall into the trap of resenting your partner before even asking what\u2019s wrong and trying to find a solution.<\/p>\n

Almost every problem has a solution, even when it\u2019s hard to see it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s no surprise they need occasional reassurance and clear communication.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That\u2019s a lot of pressure and with that much pressure, it\u2019s sometimes hard to get your priorities straight.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why there\u2019s nothing wrong with moments when you need reassurance about the things you think about a lot and asking for it.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s great when someone compliments you and reassures you about something on their own but it\u2019s even better when they do it the moment you need it.<\/p>\n

As rela\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o muitas vezes dif\u00edceis porque exigem muitos compromissos, mas quando fazemos as coisas por amor, nada \u00e9 realmente dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t get irritated because of your partner\u2019s need for reassurance because that\u2019s obviously what worries them daily. <\/strong><\/p>\n

However, we should work toward making ourself feel better in our own skin and that means accepting all parts of ourself, especially the ones we\u2019re insecure about.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s nothing more freeing than making peace with yourself and, especially for a woman, finding your unique path and your inner passion that doesn\u2019t involve anyone but you.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t be afraid to ask for reassurance when you need it but also don\u2019t be afraid to speak your own truth.<\/p>\n

Ningu\u00e9m nos conhece melhor do que n\u00f3s pr\u00f3prios e ningu\u00e9m nos pode dar mais valida\u00e7\u00e3o do que aquela que podemos dar a n\u00f3s pr\u00f3prios aceitando-nos.<\/p>\n

Voc\u00ea querer<\/em> validation but you don\u2019t need it.<\/strong> That\u2019s the difference.<\/p>\n

Be brave enough to give yourself what you want others to give you. That\u2019s the ultimate act of compassion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To heal our own wounds means finding our own medicine. Once we have our own medicine, we\u2019re free.<\/strong><\/p>\n
