By now, I think we all know what a narcissist is, right? It’s the type of person who only cares about themself (to say the least). They are so self-absorbed that they lack the basic human trait of empathy.<\/p>\n

Without empathy you’re left with a shell of a human being, not being able to feel the pain of others, so they are very likely people who use the emotions of others to manipulate them.<\/p>\n

That’s why we have the term \u2018abuso narc\u00edsico<\/a>\u2019, as it refers to the way narcissists manipulate someone’s emotions, to make them feel worthless and to make them think that no one other than the narcissist themself matters.<\/p>\n

The worst part about being abused is the way we’re not even aware of it. That’s why I’ve summed up all the small and big signs you’re being abused by a narcissist.<\/p>\n

Manipula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

It’s the art of making someone do the things that benefit the manipulator. Sometimes it can even be seen as aggression.<\/p>\n

If you’ve experienced manipulation while growing up you might not see it as such.<\/p>\n

He might even be calling you names and telling you that you’re not good enough.<\/p>\n
