Querido Deus,<\/p>\n

Now that this year is ending, I have to admit I\u2019m a bit tired of everything I\u2019ve been through.<\/p>\n

I feel like this year had one goal and that was to make my life a living hell. Okay, it wasn’t quite like that, but it wasn’t far from it either.<\/p>\n

And although I am bruised and broken, I won’t let this year take my a esperan\u00e7a longe de mim.<\/a> I think that I’m done with life lessons and ready for the bigger and better things which are ahead of me.<\/p>\n

Sempre fui uma sonhadora e uma pessoa que encontrava sempre f\u00e9 e esperan\u00e7a em s\u00edtios onde ningu\u00e9m pensava procurar.<\/p>\n

And while everyone is grateful that this year has come to an end, I\u2019m grateful for everything that I have been through.<\/p>\n

It was one hell of a ride, but I learned so many things. I have grown, I have upgraded and now I\u2019m finally ready for the ultimate gift of life. I\u2019m ready to finally experience the one true love.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m done dealing with toxic people in my life. <\/b> Rezo para que todas as pessoas t\u00f3xicas que me rodeiam nunca mais tenham a oportunidade de se aproximar de mim.<\/p>\n

I pray that I remember everyone who hurt me before and their patterns so I\u2019ll spot someone who\u2019s not good for me and stop myself from welcoming them into my life.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m done with letting people get away with empty promises.<\/b> Tudo o que fazem \u00e9 continuar a quebrar as suas promessas vezes sem conta.<\/p>\n

And if they fooled me once, I know they\u2019ll do it over and over and as many times as the chances I give them. So from now on, there are no more second chances.<\/p>\n

Estou farto de fazer figura de parvo e de deixar que os outros me mintam repetidamente. Aprendi finalmente a deixar ir as pessoas que me est\u00e3o sempre a magoar.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m done with people breaking my heart.<\/b> And I\u2019m done forgiving them for doing so. Now I\u2019m wiser and I know better than to trust others so easily.<\/p>\n

Finalmente apercebi-me que I\u2019m in charge of my own happiness<\/a> and I\u2019m ready to take care of myself, but this time for good.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m finally ready to admit that my happiness depends only on me and on my actions and that I\u2019m in charge of my heart. I\u2019m never again letting anyone to get to my heart if the didn’t deserve it.<\/p>\n

Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 minha f\u00e9 em Ti e \u00e0 for\u00e7a que me deste, consegui levantar-me de cada vez que ca\u00ed.<\/b><\/p>\n

And although I\u2019ve been through so many ugly things in life, I haven\u2019t for once thought of giving up.<\/b><\/p>\n

Sempre me agarrei a esta esperan\u00e7a de que h\u00e1 coisas melhores a vir na minha dire\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>. Sempre confiei em Ti. <\/b><\/p>\n

E \u00e0 medida que cada novo dia passa, tento ser uma pessoa melhor do que era. Quanto mais as pessoas me querem deitar abaixo, mais eu me levanto. Quanto mais elas querem ver-me infeliz, mais eu sorrio.<\/p>\n

And I know I couldn\u2019t have done all this without you God, so I want you to know that I\u2019m grateful for everything I got and everything you saved me from. <\/em><\/p>\n

Sinto-me finalmente preparado para as grandes coisas da vida.<\/b> I feel I\u2019ve been through so much and that I\u2019m no longer that small and naive girl who trusted everyone.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve aged and I\u2019ve grown up and I stopped crying over every ittle thing that bothered me.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m no longer helpless and I don\u2019t wait for anyone else to come and save me. I take care of myself now. Now that I\u2019ve finally learned to be happy on my own, I think I\u2019m ready for one last thing God and that\u2019s love.<\/p>\n

I’m ready to be with someone because I want to and not because I need to. <\/em><\/p>\n

Dear God, let 2025 be the year in which I find love, true love, the one that won\u2019t leave me broken. <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m finally ready for the adoro o facto de ficar.<\/a> A love that isn\u2019t going anywhere. A love that will be there for better or for worse. A love in which I\u2019m enough. I am ready to meet that someone who\u2019ll see me as more than enough.<\/p>\n

Dear God, let this year be the one in which I find someone who\u2019ll love me just the way I am. Let it be someone who won\u2019t try to change me or fix me or make me a little less of a mess.<\/p>\n

Por favor, que seja algu\u00e9m que aprecie as minhas imperfei\u00e7\u00f5es tanto quanto os meus lados bons.<\/p>\n

Dear God, let this year be the one in which I find someone who will appreciate all my efforts. Who will see how hard I\u2019m trying and who won\u2019t ever close his eyes to it. Someone who will know how much he means to me and someone who won\u2019t ever take me for granted.<\/p>\n

Dear God, let this year be the one in which I find someone who won\u2019t give up on me. Someone who will not give up on me when things get rough, someone who will not walk away after we hit the first bump in the road.<\/p>\n

Let it be someone who will fight for me as much as I\u2019m ready to fight for him. Let it be someone who will stay and try because he sees me as worthy of his efforts as well.<\/p>\n

Dear God, let this year be the one in which I find someone to whom I\u2019ll give all of me. Someone whom I will love in Your name and whose love will be as pure as mine.<\/p>\n

Let it be someone who won\u2019t just take all my love without ever giving me anything in return, but someone who will choose to love me more and more each day.<\/p>\n
