Sabem, quando era mais nova, tinha tantas resolu\u00e7\u00f5es de Ano Novo. Desde perder alguns quilos a tornar-me mais bonita.<\/p>\n

Then, somewhere down the road I realized life is not about the things that I can affect. Life is all about the things I can\u2019t affect. So, this year I only want things that money can\u2019t buy.<\/p>\n

Antes de mais, quero sentir paz interior<\/a><\/i><\/b> . Quero sentir-me bem na minha pr\u00f3pria pele. Quero ser uma mulher que pode aceitar um elogio e n\u00e3o corar porque o merece.<\/p>\n

I want to walk proudly down the street knowing that I didn\u2019t do harm to anybody. I want to feel that I am worthy.<\/p>\n

Quero sentir que sou suficiente. E n\u00e3o importa quanto tempo tenha de passar para que isso aconte\u00e7a, serei paciente porque isso \u00e9 importante para mim.<\/p>\n

Em segundo lugar, quero sentir um amor t\u00e3o profundo que um oceano teria inveja dele<\/i><\/b>.<\/b> Quero ser amado e respeitado porque o mere\u00e7o.<\/p>\n

Sempre que amo, entrego-me por inteiro. Desta vez, quero que os outros me mostrem o quanto me amam e me apreciam, porque n\u00e3o vou continuar a subestimar-me.<\/p>\n

Este ano vou p\u00f4r-me a mim pr\u00f3prio em primeiro lugar.<\/a><\/p>\n

Em terceiro lugar, quero sentir a felicidade no meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/i><\/b> For some reason, there isn\u2019t much happiness in my life.<\/p>\n

I was thinking that maybe I didn\u2019t have enough time for my private life and that\u2019s why I didn\u2019t feel that happiness. But when I think twice about it, I don\u2019t think that was the problem.<\/p>\n

O problema \u00e9 muito mais profundo dentro de mim. O problema pode estar em todas as chamadas que nunca recebi quando as merecia.<\/p>\n

O problema pode ser todos aqueles beijos e abra\u00e7os que nunca recebi. E, finalmente, o problema pode ser todas aquelas palavras calorosas que nunca tive a oportunidade de ouvir.<\/p>\n

Mas quero deixar tudo isso no passado, porque o lugar dele \u00e9 l\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Quero livrar-me de todas as pessoas que se fizeram passar por meus amigos e que me tra\u00edram nos primeiros solavancos do caminho.<\/p>\n

Este ano, quero dedicar-me mais a mim pr\u00f3pria e encontrar a felicidade no meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o e na minha alma, que tanto luta para se manifestar.<\/p>\n

Por isso, este ano, a minha \u00fanica resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o as coisas de que tenho fome. Tenho fome de amor, paz, esperan\u00e7a, carinho, felicidade, harmonia e todos os sentimentos positivos que tanto anseio<\/i><\/b>.<\/b><\/p>\n

Aconte\u00e7a o que acontecer, tentarei dar ao meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 minha alma tudo o que eles precisam.<\/p>\n

Porque, tal como o nosso corpo precisa de alimento para ser saud\u00e1vel, tamb\u00e9m a nossa alma e o nosso cora\u00e7\u00e3o precisam de alimento espiritual para estarem vivos.<\/p>\n

E, acreditem ou n\u00e3o, quero mais a paz interior do que o amor. Provavelmente perguntam-se porqu\u00ea, certo? Bem, para ser bom para outra pessoa, Em primeiro lugar, tenho de ser bom para mim pr\u00f3prio.<\/a><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

And I won\u2019t be able to do that if I don\u2019t have peace inside of me.<\/p>\n

Quando decidir entregar-me totalmente a algu\u00e9m novo, quero estar bem comigo pr\u00f3pria. Quero ser uma mulher que aceita todos os meus pr\u00f3s e contras.<\/p>\n

Quero saber que n\u00e3o sou perfeito, mas que estou a tentar s\u00ea-lo. Quero saber que fiz tudo o que estava ao meu alcance para estar satisfeito na minha pr\u00f3pria pele.<\/p>\n

E, acima de tudo, quero ser uma mulher com autoestima. Quero dizer a mim pr\u00f3pria todos os dias que devo estar feliz porque estou a fazer algo de bom para mim.<\/p>\n

Quero dizer a mim pr\u00f3pria que estou a fazer muito melhor do que penso e que, por muito que algumas pessoas me queiram ver em baixo, nunca estarei l\u00e1. Porque eu sou uma lutadora e o c\u00e9u ajuda aqueles que lutam.<\/p>\n

And in the end, when I get that peace within that I crave so much, I won\u2019t selfishly keep it only for myself.<\/p>\n

Quero partilh\u00e1-la com a minha fam\u00edlia e amigos. Quero ajudar todas as pessoas a sentirem esta b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3o que eu vou sentir e quero que a desfrutemos para sempre.<\/p>\n

So, 2025, here I come\u2014more beautiful, more stubborn, more goal-oriented and much smarter. I hope you are ready for me because I am sure as hell ready for you!<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n
