As mulheres e os homens podem ser \"apenas amigos\"? \u00c9 poss\u00edvel ter uma rapariga ou um rapaz amigo sem acabar por desenvolver sentimentos rom\u00e2nticos por eles?<\/em><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s something interesting, almost all of my romantic relationships started with that famous saying, \u201cOh, we\u2019re just friends.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Lembro-me perfeitamente de outras pessoas me perguntarem sobre aquele rapaz com quem eu costumava passar tanto tempo. Sempre que algu\u00e9m me perguntava se est\u00e1vamos juntos, eu ria-me imediatamente de uma forma sarc\u00e1stica.<\/p>\n

I felt in a way offended by others asking me such questions because I couldn\u2019t imagine being in a romantic relationship with him \u2013 my guy best friend.<\/p>\n

After some time, I \u201csomehow magically\u201d changed my opinion. <\/strong>Actually, I was scared of myself because I didn\u2019t even know that those feelings existed in me until then.<\/p>\n

Nunca tinha sonhado em apaixonar-me pelo meu melhor amigo (repeti esta frase demasiadas vezes na minha cabe\u00e7a).<\/p>\n

I wasn\u2019t only mad at myself but at the whole universe for not giving us a chance to be \u201cjust friends\u201d with people of the opposite gender.<\/p>\n

But then again, I still have other guy friends with whom I haven\u2019t fallen in love \u201cyet.\u201d I guess the keyword here is the word YET (or maybe not).<\/p>\n

Is it possible for a man and a woman to be \u201cjust friends\u201d without eventually falling for each other?<\/h2>\n

Given that this is a complex matter and there is no right or wrong answer, I\u2019ll just express my personal opinion in the hope that this will help you find an answer or a hypothesis for yourself.<\/p>\n

My personal opinion is that men and women can be \u201cjust friends,\u201d but chances are that at some point, they will fall for each other.<\/strong><\/p>\n

They say that men are from Mars and women are from Venus. That clich\u00e9 perfectly describes the differences between men and women.<\/p>\n

Well, there is probably a reason why we\u2019re so different from each other.<\/p>\n

To understand it better, let\u2019s list a few things (read: gender stereotypes) that are characteristic of men and women:<\/p>\n
