Sinto que estou a ser bombardeado com esta hashtag #relationshipgoals em quase todas as minhas contas nas redes sociais.<\/p>\n

And in some, I can recognize genuine relationship goals, while in others, I don\u2019t get the point.<\/p>\n

It was cute at first\u2014photos of happy couples, photos of grandma and grandpa after 60 years of marriage, photos of two best friends, photos of someone and their pet and so on and so on.<\/p>\n

H\u00e1 um significado mais profundo em cada uma destas fotografias e elas transmitem mensagens de amor, felicidade, uni\u00e3o, amizade e eu consegui perceber onde queriam chegar.<\/p>\n

Mas, passado algum tempo, as pessoas come\u00e7aram a publicar todas estas coisas falsas e a coloc\u00e1-las em #relationshipgoals.<\/p>\n

Via-se que todas as fotografias eram encenadas, todo o amor dos casais era apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> was forced and that the people weren\u2019t living in the moment, they were only captured like that in photos so they could display it to their broad social media community.<\/p>\n

Isso fez-me pensar sobre o que s\u00e3o realmente os objectivos de uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o em termos de amor de casal.<\/p>\n

Por isso, fiz uma lista que \u00e9 melhor do que tudo o que alguma vez ver\u00e1 em #relationshipgoals:<\/p>\n

A relationship goal is not to make other people envious, it\u2019s to make two people in a relationship happy<\/h2>\n

\"casalIf you are a couple who love each other, you shouldn\u2019t feel the urge to prove anything to anyone.<\/p>\n

Porque \u00e9 que se devem preocupar com o que os outros pensam e colocar um fardo desses na vossa rela\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/p>\n

So what if there\u2019s hardly any trace of your love on social media? That doesn\u2019t make your love less, that makes your love more. Because the love you feel is something private, rare and special and your focus should be just on the two of you. It doesn\u2019t matter what anybody else thinks.<\/p>\n

Ter o seu pr\u00f3prio pequeno universo<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s about understanding each other on a deeper level. It\u2019s about dreaming together and making future plans.<\/p>\n

Ter uma enorme confian\u00e7a uns nos outros<\/h2>\n

Shouldn\u2019t one of the true relationship goals be to be with someone you can trust completely?<\/p>\n

Sadly, lack of trust is what ruins most relationships these days. We have all had our trust broken so badly at some point that we don\u2019t feel like we can risk letting our guard down and having faith that this time things might be different.<\/p>\n

Apreciar a simplicidade<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s making an adventure out of something as simple as grocery shopping or a car ride home.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s waking up next to that special someone and having a sense of belonging. It\u2019s valuing the things you do when you are together.<\/p>\n

So don\u2019t go to places you don\u2019t like or you don\u2019t care about just so you could put a hashtag with #relationshipgoals on it and impress your social media friends.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t need a fancy dinner if you are having an awful time fighting with your partner, especially if you are not the fancy dinner type.<\/p>\n

Wouldn\u2019t a candlelit pizza with just the two of you being cozy and happy be so much better?<\/p>\n

Empenhado mas livre<\/h2>\n

This leads to some behaviors that will most likely suffocate a relationship, so they feel this urge to text 24\/7, or FaceTime when they don\u2019t text, or spend every waking moment together.<\/p>\n

You know that the love you share won\u2019t change, no matter what.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s talking about everything and nothing. Being best friends and lovers at the same time. It\u2019s when your partner sees his future with you, so he makes a place in his life for you.<\/p>\n

You know each other\u2019s families and friends and you include each other in your plans.<\/p>\n

Pensa no efeito que as suas decis\u00f5es ter\u00e3o no seu parceiro.<\/p>\n

Quando precisa de conselhos, \u00e9 a primeira pessoa a quem recorre. Quando um de v\u00f3s est\u00e1 a tomar decis\u00f5es importantes na vida, o outro \u00e9 o seu maior apoiante.<\/p>\n

We are all more than capable of taking care of each other but from time to time it\u2019s nice to have somebody to do that for you.<\/p>\n

Especially if you are sick and in desperate need of someone to make some homemade soup or tea. Even if they are there just to fetch you something or put one more blanket on you, it\u2019s nice to know you are not alone.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, it\u2019s nice even when your health is perfect.<\/p>\n

All those happy couples on social media aren\u2019t happy because they are perfect, they are happy because they have found somebody who love them in spite of their flaws.<\/p>\n

Uma boa rela\u00e7\u00e3o deve torn\u00e1-lo mais feliz, mais confiante, radiante e cheio de energia. Deve valoriz\u00e1-la a si e aos seus sentimentos e n\u00e3o faz\u00ea-la sentir que n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente. Deve sentir-se confort\u00e1vel com o seu parceiro.<\/p>\n

Os seus pontos fortes e fracos n\u00e3o devem ser intimidantes. O outro lado tamb\u00e9m os tem.<\/p>\n

So don\u2019t believe in those fairy tale relationships of pure harmony. Fights are a normal occurrence and they can improve your relationship if you find a common language or improve things that are wrong.<\/p>\n

People\u2019s private moments should be just that\u2014private. Relationship goals shouldn\u2019t contain photos of you lying half naked in bed.<\/p>\n

A paix\u00e3o que partilham \u00e9 claramente um objetivo da rela\u00e7\u00e3o, mas manter esse fogo apenas para os olhos de voc\u00eas os dois s\u00f3 a tornar\u00e1 mais especial e extraordin\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n

Handling each other\u2019s flaws<\/h2>\n

\"homemIt sounds a bit harsh but it couldn\u2019t be truer. We are all flawed in some way and sometimes those flaws, just like our strong points, are deeply incorporated in us.<\/p>\n

O objetivo principal aqui \u00e9 estar com uma pessoa cujos defeitos consegue suportar.<\/p>\n

There are people out there with maybe even minor or insignificant flaws but we wouldn\u2019t last a second in a relationship with them or tolerate any of it.<\/p>\n

Mas quando se trata da pessoa que amamos de verdade, aceitamos esses defeitos como parte dela e tamb\u00e9m passamos a am\u00e1-la ou, pelo menos, a toler\u00e1-la. Ajustamo-nos aos seus defeitos como eles se ajustam aos nossos.<\/p>\n

Apaixonarmo-nos um pelo outro todos os dias<\/h2>\n

Tell your partner you love them from time to time, if not every day. Tell them they look handsome, hot or beautiful when you see that they made an effort or simply compliment their casual messy look because surely it\u2019s adorable.<\/p>\n

V\u00e3o a encontros. Partam numa aventura juntos. Fa\u00e7am uma viagem de carro. Viajar. Passem tempo juntos.<\/p>\n

Even if you know that somebody will probably be in your life forever, that\u2019s not a reason to stop making an effort.<\/p>\n

Try living these 13 relationship goals I listed because they are true, human and genuine and maybe you will have the chance to achieve the ultimate goal of being each other\u2019s everything and sharing your future together.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You might have your ups and downs but that\u2019s what makes you grow and makes your relationship stronger.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t buy into those photos on social media. They are just plain photos, frozen fragments of time.<\/p>\n

They are not real and we shouldn\u2019t believe everything we see on social media anyways.<\/p>\n

Em suma, os objectivos da rela\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser alcan\u00e7ados se for uma pessoa capaz de ter uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o normal, saud\u00e1vel e amorosa, se estiver com algu\u00e9m que o veja como realmente \u00e9 e que queira que seja feliz, e se estiver com algu\u00e9m cujo amor por si corresponda ao seu amor por ele.<\/strong><\/p>\n
