O que \u00e9 a felicidade? H\u00e1 muito que se debate esta quest\u00e3o. Mas embora possa n\u00e3o saber como defini-la, sabe-se mesmo o que \u00e9 a felicidade quando a sentimos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And although happiness is not the same for everyone, there is no person alive who doesn\u2019t strive for it.<\/p>\n

Todos desejamos a felicidade, mas s\u00e3o raros os que sabem como alcan\u00e7\u00e1-la de facto.<\/p>\n

Most of us spend our life waiting for happiness to knock on our door and for it to magically happen to us. But what we don\u2019t know is that happiness will never choose us, until we choose it.<\/p>\n

Se queres ser feliz, \u00e9s tu que tens de escolher ser feliz.<\/strong> A sua felicidade est\u00e1 nas suas m\u00e3os.<\/a><\/p>\n

A felicidade, apesar de ser o objetivo final, n\u00e3o \u00e9 um destino. N\u00e3o \u00e9 um resultado, \u00e9 uma viagem e um modo de vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vive uma vida stressante, rodeada de diferentes tipos de negatividades e pensa que \u00e9 imposs\u00edvel ser feliz nestas circunst\u00e2ncias.<\/p>\n

Your family is always criticizing you, you are not satisfied with the relationship you are in, your job doesn\u2019t fulfill you, you have financial problems and your friends are not the best either.<\/p>\n

And you blame destiny for everything. You think that you are simply not born to be happy and although you won\u2019t admit this to yourself, you\u2019ve come to terms with it.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ve accepted that you will have good and bad moments in your life but that you will probably never achieve the ultimate happiness. So, you\u2019ve given up.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ve decided to handle life the best way you can, without expecting to ever be truly and completely satisfied with it. Y<\/p>\n

ou are actually just going with the flow, thinking you wouldn\u2019t be able to change anything, even if you tried.<\/p>\n

Maybe you don\u2019t know it but tu \u00e9 que desististe da tua pr\u00f3pria felicidade.<\/a> \u00c9s tu que te pro\u00edbes de ser feliz e \u00e9s tu que escolheste ser infeliz.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s time to understand that you\u2019ll never be happy until you realize your happiness is in your hands. You are the creator of your own destiny.<\/p>\n

I know it is probably easier for you to blame some higher force for the way you are feeling but it\u2019s time to carry some responsibility on your shoulders as well.<\/p>\n

A vida ser\u00e1 sempre stressante e coloc\u00e1-lo-\u00e1 sempre em situa\u00e7\u00f5es dif\u00edceis, mas s\u00f3 depende de si a forma como deixar\u00e1 que isso o afecte. A sua atitude perante a vida determina a sua felicidade.<\/p>\n

You can choose whether you\u2019ll focus on the bad things that are happening to you and impedir-se de ser feliz<\/a> or you\u2019ll think of them as valuable lessons.<\/p>\n

There is good and bad in everything and that is something you can\u2019t have an impact on but it is up to you whether you\u2019ll choose to see the good in everything or vice versa.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s up to you to train your mind to think positive thoughts and when you accomplish that, you\u2019ll be happy\u2014not because everything is good but because you chose to see the good in everything.<\/p>\n

Por vezes, as coisas n\u00e3o correm bem, mas isso faz parte da vida e n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo de que se deva fugir.<\/p>\n

Sometimes you\u2019ll experience negative emotions but it is your choice whether you\u2019ll allow those negative emotions to take control of you and to completely consume you, turning you into a bitter, pessimistic person or you\u2019ll face these negative things that are happening to you, embrace those emotions as a part of life and focus on making the best of things.<\/p>\n

Mas lembre-se, a felicidade n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo que se possa simplesmente escolher sentir, sem trabalhar para isso. N\u00e3o \u00e9 uma d\u00e1diva do universo, requer esfor\u00e7o e tempo.<\/p>\n

Eventually, when you experience it, you\u2019ll see that everything was worth it.<\/p>\n
