Magoa os nossos sentimentos e o nosso orgulho quando um homem com quem cri\u00e1mos uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o se esquece subitamente da nossa exist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Quando me encontrava numa situa\u00e7\u00e3o destas, a minha mente tentava dar sentido a tudo. A primeira coisa em que pensei foi que ele devia ter sofrido algum tipo de acidente horr\u00edvel e que n\u00e3o conseguia entrar em contacto.<\/p>\n

Acho que quando estamos a tentar confortar-nos ou iludir-nos com todos os cen\u00e1rios poss\u00edveis, o nosso c\u00e9rebro opta por aquele que tem menos probabilidades de acontecer.<\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t matter to me that we had just started dating. It lasted about a month, which is not a very long time when you think about it. <\/strong><\/p>\n

But when you keep texting with somebody every day as much as you can, you can\u2019t help but miss those texts when they stop all of a sudden.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We went out on a few dates that went really well\u2014at least they did as far as I was concerned.<\/p>\n

I kept asking myself, \u201cWhy is he ignoring my texts all of a sudden?\u201d, \u201cHow could he leave without saying anything?\u201d, \u201cDoesn\u2019t he know he is disrespecting me and causing me pain?\u201d, \u201cWhy do I miss him this much?\u201d and getting no answer.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ao falar com os meus amigos, vi que muitos deles tinham passado pelo mesmo. Tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o tinham respostas.<\/p>\n

Tinham feito as pazes com o facto de nem tudo precisar de uma resposta. E embora concorde com eles at\u00e9 certo ponto, tinha de descobrir todas as raz\u00f5es poss\u00edveis para algu\u00e9m ignorar as minhas mensagens de repente, para algu\u00e9m me ignorar.<\/p>\n

I conducted some research. Since I obviously couldn\u2019t get the answers I needed from the person who was ignoring me, I talked to 30 men and asked them the same questions that were echoing in my head.<\/p>\n

Tinha de saber o que os faz desaparecer e foi isto que descobri:<\/p>\n

Unlike women, men prefer to avoid any conversation that involves emotions. They don\u2019t want to explain at length why something is not working for them.<\/p>\n

They don\u2019t want to make a woman sad. They actually believe that it\u2019s easier for a woman if they just ghost her.<\/p>\n

2. They weren\u2019t dating or texting with just you exclusively<\/h2>\n

If you came across a player, they have their phone full of other women\u2019s texts and odds are they probably weren\u2019t going out on dates with just you either.<\/p>\n

Maybe he was perfect on paper but that doesn\u2019t mean he would be perfect for you. All in all, if he was so perfect, he would have chosen you.<\/p>\n

If you are in the same or a similar situation as I was in, it\u2019s high time to change your dating pattern.<\/p>\n

Choose differently next time. Don\u2019t go on a date with someone who matches the exact description of your ex or someone who is clearly not ready to date casually, let alone enter into a relationship.<\/p>\n

In the end, the important thing here is not to overanalyze. Believe me, I\u2019ve been there and it led me nowhere.<\/p>\n

I was so obsessed with getting to the bottom of things that I couldn\u2019t see things clearly. I conducted this research so I could help women who are in similar situation to me.<\/p>\n

Pelo menos, estas raz\u00f5es podem abrir-lhe os olhos e faz\u00ea-lo escolher com mais sensatez da pr\u00f3xima vez.<\/p>\n

No fim de contas, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nada que me possa dizer com certeza o que se passava na cabe\u00e7a dele quando decidiu que era altura de ignorar a nossa exist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

And you know what? Maybe it isn\u2019t important. People do things that make no sense all the time and that\u2019s something that is their problem, not ours.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t think I lost much when he decided to abandon my life and my inbox. <\/strong><\/p>\n

All in all, I learned a valuable lesson from all of this. It doesn\u2019t matter why he behaved the way he did. What matters is that he chose not to be in my life.<\/p>\n
