Para compreender as dificuldades que as mulheres enfrentam todos os dias, \u00e9 preciso ser mulher. Por muito que tentemos explicar alguns desafios que enfrentamos, os homens nunca os compreender\u00e3o porque vivem num mundo completamente diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A world that is tailored to them and their needs. Although women have more rights than before, we\u2019re still not treated equally or with the level of respect we deserve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Infelizmente, ainda estamos longe de ser reconhecidas como iguais aos nossos hom\u00f3logos masculinos.<\/strong> E este nem sequer \u00e9 o \u00fanico problema com que lidamos diariamente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No entanto, o facto de os homens quererem saber mais sobre as nossas lutas e estarem dispostos a ouvir-nos e a levar-nos a s\u00e9rio pode ser um grande passo para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sociedade melhor e mais compreensiva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se os homens soubessem mais sobre a nossa biologia, compreender-nos-iam de certeza melhor. As mulheres lidam com tantos problemas diferentes relacionados com o seu per\u00edodo, mas dizem-nos sempre que exageramos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would love to see men having periods and how they would endure excruciating pain while still having to go to work and do everything they usually do. We surely can\u2019t change anything about women having periods, but we can definitely strive to make this experience easier for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Temos de fazer muito mais para obter sequer metade do reconhecimento e dos elogios que os homens recebem pelas mesmas coisas, ou at\u00e9 menos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s so frustrating to deal with the disparity in the workplace<\/strong> and try to prove your worth over and over again. It\u2019s no wonder men always want to have kids while women are less sure about it. If I didn\u2019t have to give up my whole life for a child, I would love to have one too! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is universal for all women. I always found it funny and interesting how men are able to turn their minds completely off and simply don\u2019t think about anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seria t\u00e3o bom e relaxante viver assim, pelo menos por um dia! Women are the ones who must think about everyone\u2019s needs all the time<\/strong> enquanto ningu\u00e9m se preocupa com os seus. E o pior \u00e9 que ningu\u00e9m reconhece o trabalho que fazemos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Fazer todo o trabalho mas n\u00e3o ser apreciado<\/h2>\n\n\n

I remember I watched one interview someone did with kids and asked them who does what in their household. Every kid said that mom cooks, cleans, and takes care of the house, while their dad sits and watches TV. While some (men) found it funny, I think it\u2019s actually sad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As mulheres s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por tudo<\/strong> e os homens n\u00e3o s\u00e3o confrontados com tantas expectativas.<\/strong> Um grande exemplo disto s\u00e3o os homens que s\u00e3o elogiados quando levam os filhos a algum lado ou fazem o m\u00ednimo necess\u00e1rio. As mulheres nunca receberiam uma palmadinha nas costas por algo assim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Ouvir sempre que a nossa vida \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil<\/h2>\n\n\n

Por muito que fa\u00e7amos ou que tenhamos em conta todos os obst\u00e1culos que temos, os homens dir\u00e3o sempre que a nossa vida \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil. O que acontece com as mulheres \u00e9 que we don\u2019t complain as much as we should and that\u2019s why everyone thinks we don\u2019t have any problems.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The only expectation society has from men is that they act as providers and even that isn\u2019t something that\u2019s a thing like it used to be but they still manage to make themselves look like victims. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ohh I could write a whole blog just about this struggle. I don\u2019t know what\u2019s worse, the fact we go through this experience and often don\u2019t get any support from our partners or the fact someone thinks they can make decisions about our body. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s really devastating to see that os homens tomam decis\u00f5es sobre algo que n\u00e3o tem nada a ver com eles. <\/strong>They are quick to bring laws regarding abortions but don\u2019t do anything about much larger issues in the U.S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imaginem se as mulheres recebessem um d\u00f3lar de cada vez que lhes fosse dada uma explica\u00e7\u00e3o masculina. Pod\u00edamos criar vida noutro planeta e ir para l\u00e1 sem homens!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os homens s\u00e3o sempre mais fi\u00e1veis e respeitados, independentemente do que digam. <\/strong>As mulheres, por outro lado, precisam de fazer muito mais para serem levadas a s\u00e9rio. Penso muitas vezes no facto de, por exemplo, as mulheres receberem todos os diagn\u00f3sticos mais tarde na vida, s\u00f3 porque lhes dizem sempre que exageram os sintomas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is such a huge problem and I think people don\u2019t even realize it. This is another reason why as mulheres s\u00e3o frequentemente diagnosticadas com algo muito mais tarde ou mesmo demasiado tarde.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s because a diagnosis of different disorders is based on men\u2019s symptoms and we obviously have much different physiology. When the first scientific experiments were taking place, it was shameful to explore women\u2019s bodies so almost all scientific facts are based on men. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tudo \u00e9 feito \u00e0 medida dos homens<\/strong> so please don\u2019t ever say we have it easier than you. If you ever dealt with these similar problems, you would understand how hard it is to be a woman. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Receio constante pela seguran\u00e7a<\/h2>\n\n\n

We would love to be able to go out alone when it\u2019s late, walk with our headphones blasting music, or do anything in public without having to be on a constant watch for danger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s so exhausting and not fair. As mulheres j\u00e1 n\u00e3o est\u00e3o seguras em lado nenhum<\/strong> and that\u2019s our reality men will never understand. Considering how many assaults and femicides are there every day, I sometimes wonder how we get the courage to go out at all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
