I\u2019m guilty of it as well. Yeah, these are all hallmarks of this attachment type.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To resolve an issue you first need to realize what\u2019s causing it.<strong> <\/strong>No caso do ci\u00fame, <strong>a inseguran\u00e7a \u00e9 a origem de tudo<\/strong>, and it often ruins relationships. Every problem drags another one along with it. Take a deep breath and always remember that the person you\u2019re with isn\u2019t your ex.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Necessidade de valida\u00e7\u00e3o constante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I still sometimes struggle with this but it\u2019s much better than before! People with this attachment style need frequent validation and reassurance.
