Burn some white sage in your office and home.<\/p>\n<p>Swirl the burning leaves around counterclockwise and after you&#8217;re finished, leave it in a metal bowl. The glow will go out by itself eventually.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"numbered-headline\">Dan\u00e7a<\/h2>\n<p>Dance is something amazing for releasing bad energy out of your system. Letting go of everything that doesn&#8217;t make you feel good is so much easier when you&#8217;re body is moving.<\/p>\n<p>For that same reason \u2013 dance! Do a dance party in your home all by yourself because you sure do deserve it.<\/p>\n<p>Even if you&#8217;re cleaning your home, put on some tunes that make you move those hips and don&#8217;t hold back! Let all that bad energy flow out of you. Dancing even helps with dealing with negative emotions.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"numbered-headline\">Coma mais frutas e legumes<\/h2>\n<p>Eating too many animal products can clutter your energy very fast and these products won&#8217;t help you on your journey of cleansing your mind and body.<\/p>\n<p>Those animals you&#8217;re eating now were depressed and scared because of the conditions they lived in.<\/p>\n<p>By eating them too much, you&#8217;re actually consuming all of their energy into your already clustered system.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of that, while you&#8217;re clearing your own energy, eat more raw foods that are easier to digest and don&#8217;t count calories.<\/p>\n<p>Eat as much as you want and make sure that your food is very colorful. This way it won&#8217;t only be good for your stomach, but also pretty to look at.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"numbered-headline\">Ser criativo<\/h2>\n<p>I know that not all of us are artists, but that shouldn\u2019t stop us from creating and having fun.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not a secret that people were happier when they were children, mostly because of the fact that we didn&#8217;t worry too much about how something looked, but rather whether it was going to make us feel good.<\/p>\n<p>So go get those watercolors, crayons, play dough or building bricks and have some fun. I know that it may seem like a waste of time at the beginning, like you&#8217;re not doing anything productive, but you can&#8217;t get very productive if you&#8217;re not in your best mood.<\/p>\n<p>Por isso, limpe todos esses pensamentos negativos deixando a sua criatividade fluir.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"numbered-headline\">Meditar<\/h2>\n<p>Let&#8217;s just get something clear: meditation isn&#8217;t hard! People tend to think that in order to meditate you have to be an expert, but you don&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>Basta ser capaz de fechar os olhos, concentrar-se na sua respira\u00e7\u00e3o e sentar-se calmamente durante algum tempo.<\/p>\n<p>Even if your thoughts keep on popping up in your mind, imagine that they&#8217;re clouds in the sky, just passing by.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t be too harsh on yourself because at one point, you will be able to slow down your heart beat and relax.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"numbered-headline\">Ser grato<\/h2>\n<p>Deixamos entrar energia negativa nos nossos corpos, mentes e almas porque nos esquecemos de nos concentrar nas coisas positivas das nossas vidas.<\/p>\n<p>For that same reason, sit down every morning, after you wake up and right down all the things that you&#8217;re grateful for. You can do the same thing before you fall asleep.<\/p>\n<p>Write down all those amazing things that have happened to you during the day. It doesn&#8217;t have to be something super significant, but rather those little things in life we should be grateful for more often.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"numbered-headline\">Elimine as pessoas negativas da sua vida<\/h2>\n<p>The thing is that our trauma usually has to do with the people around us. It&#8217;s not about something that happened inside us. So, what do we do when we have people in our lives who don&#8217;t contribute to our happiness?<\/p>\n<p>Eliminamo-los das nossas vidas! Culpamos as pessoas, culpamo-nos a n\u00f3s pr\u00f3prios e continuamos a guardar rancores at\u00e9 que eles nos comam vivos.<\/p>\n<p>Tem esses pensamentos t\u00f3xicos na sua mente a dizer-lhe e a recordar-lhe o que aconteceu sem nunca lhe dar a oportunidade de esquecer.<\/p>\n<p>For your own sake \u2013 forgive! Forgive those people because they didn&#8217;t know better. Forgive them, not because they deserve it, but because you do.<\/p>\n<p>Mereces viver uma vida sem guardar rancores, uma vida onde possas <a href=\"https:\/\/herway.net\/pt\/life\/ser-suficientemente-forte-para-deixar-de-lado-tudo-o-que-o-faz-infeliz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deixar o passado para tr\u00e1s<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Also, don&#8217;t forget to forgive yourself. You deserve your own forgiveness more than anyone else. It wasn&#8217;t your fault that you have found yourself in that particular situation.<\/p>\n<p>It wasn&#8217;t your fault and you have to realise that it did serve a greater cause.<\/p>\n<p>You are now transformed into a whole new person, a stronger person\u2014someone who is able to outlive any given circumstance. <a href=\"https:\/\/herway.net\/pt\/relationship\/10-razoes-pelas-quais-se-deve-orgulhar-de-se-ter-afastado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Orgulhar-se de si pr\u00f3prio<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"numbered-headline\">Obter alguns cristais de cura<\/h2>\n<p>It&#8217;s commonly known that crystals and gemstones have the ability to help us cure our traumas and clear the negative energy inside and around us.<\/p>\n<p>Ao coloc\u00e1-los em determinados locais da casa, est\u00e1 a ajudar o espa\u00e7o \u00e0 sua volta a limpar-se.<\/p>\n<p>Os cristais e as pedras preciosas s\u00e3o produtos da natureza que foram criados h\u00e1 centenas de milhares de anos! Ter a natureza \u00e0 nossa volta pode ajudar-nos mais do que qualquer outra coisa.<\/p>\n<p>Pode procurar todos os significados de cada cristal e como eles podem realmente ajud\u00e1-lo, mas alguns dos meus favoritos que me ajudaram a ultrapassar traumas e a limpar a minha energia negativa foram: ametista, quartzo rosa, citrino e quartzo transparente.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"numbered-headline\">Tomar um banho de sal<\/h2>\n<p>Depois de um longo dia de trabalho ou de um longo dia a lidar com pessoas negativas, tire algum tempo e tome um bom banho de sal.<\/p>\n<p>Ajuda a libertar o stress e a energia negativa, ajuda a lidar com os m\u00fasculos doridos e, de um modo geral, \u00e9 uma boa ideia dedicar algum tempo a si pr\u00f3prio.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"numbered-headline\">Afirma\u00e7\u00f5es e visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>J\u00e1 ouviu o ditado que diz que somos aquilo que pensamos? J\u00e1 ouviu falar do efeito placebo? Como \u00e9 que ele funciona? A mente sobre a mat\u00e9ria.<\/p>\n<p>Pode controlar todo o seu corpo com os seus pensamentos e tem a capacidade de se ajudar a curar apenas com pensamentos positivos.<\/p>\n<p>Every morning when you wake up, take some time to write down a positive affirmation for the day, something like: &#8216;I am healed from all my trauma from the past&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>As you can see, it&#8217;s written in a way that&#8217;s telling you that you already have what you are aspiring to get. In this way, your brain is telling your body that it already has everything it&#8217;s searching for, so it doesn&#8217;t have to stress about searching anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Visualisations work in a similar way. Again, in the morning when you wake up, think about the day that&#8217;s ahead of you.<\/p>\n<p>Think about it into detail and don&#8217;t imagine anything negative happening to you.
