Embora tenha tido algumas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de longa dura\u00e7\u00e3o no passado, estou solteira h\u00e1 algum tempo.<\/p>\n

A verdade \u00e9 que demorei algum tempo a abra\u00e7ar a minha vida de solteiro<\/a> completamente e para ver todas as suas vantagens, mas agora desfruto de quase todos os segundos.<\/p>\n

No entanto, quer goste de o admitir ou n\u00e3o, sinto falta de algumas coisas de estar numa rela\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t get me wrong. I know my single status is not a death sentence and this doesn\u2019t mean I feel like I\u2019m missing out on something nor that I think I am incomplete because I don\u2019t have a romantic partner.<\/p>\n

Also, it\u2019s not that I think some of these things are worthy of being in an unhealthy relationship which doesn\u2019t make you happy because they certainly are not.<\/p>\n

Mas h\u00e1 algumas pequenas coisas que \u00e0s vezes sinto falta de ter um namorado e aqui est\u00e3o 5 delas.<\/p>\n

A intimidade<\/h2>\n

A primeira coisa de que sinto falta quando tenho um namorado \u00e9 de ter um parceiro \u00edntimo.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s get one thing straight. I am not talking about sex only here. I am talking about missing someone to just sleep next to and someone to cuddle with after a long day.<\/p>\n

Quando estava numa rela\u00e7\u00e3o, partilhar a cama com o meu parceiro irritava-me durante a maior parte do tempo. Mas agora, por vezes, quando me sinto s\u00f3, at\u00e9 sinto falta de saber que tenho algu\u00e9m a dormir ao meu lado.<\/p>\n

Sinto falta de algu\u00e9m que caminhe ao meu lado, segurando a minha m\u00e3o. Algu\u00e9m que me abrace inesperadamente por tr\u00e1s ou que me beije suavemente.<\/p>\n

Sometimes, when I\u2019m feeling down, I miss having someone just holding me in his arms, without asking me anything.<\/p>\n

Ter algu\u00e9m a quem enviar mensagens a toda a hora<\/h2>\n

When you are in a relationship, especially if it\u2019s a rela\u00e7\u00e3o longa<\/a>\u00c9 prov\u00e1vel que tenha o h\u00e1bito de enviar mensagens de texto ou telefonar ao seu parceiro a toda a hora durante o dia.<\/p>\n

Pode achar isto engra\u00e7ado e sem import\u00e2ncia, mas quando estava numa rela\u00e7\u00e3o, habituei-me a ter algu\u00e9m com quem partilhar a mais pequena coisa que me tinha acontecido durante o dia.<\/p>\n

E quando acabei com o meu ex, isso foi o que mais senti falta.<\/p>\n

Apesar de j\u00e1 ter passado muito tempo, por vezes ainda tenho vontade de lhe enviar mensagens de texto ao acaso, s\u00f3 para partilhar algo com ele.<\/p>\n

Embora namorar seja algo que se anseia quando se acaba de sair de uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o, a verdade \u00e9 que acabamos por nos cansar de tentar encontrar o homem perfeito.<\/p>\n

I am not saying that there doesn\u2019t exist a man for me nor that I am looking for him at all costs because I am definitely not. But I have to admit that sometimes I get exhausted and pressured from trying to find him.<\/p>\n

Because let\u2019s face it: you have to meet a lot of immature guys, douchebags, players, fuckboys or generally guys you don\u2019t like and don\u2019t have anything in common with before you find someone compatible for you.<\/p>\n

And when you are in a stable relationship, you don\u2019t have to go on dates that might not end well and don\u2019t have to bother with meeting new guys.<\/p>\n

O romance<\/h2>\n

Quando se \u00e9 um rom\u00e2ntico incur\u00e1vel<\/a> como eu, apreciamos as pequenas coisas da rela\u00e7\u00e3o. E essas s\u00e3o as coisas de que sentimos falta quando estamos solteiros, quer queiramos admiti-lo ou n\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Now that I\u2019m not in a relationship, I miss having someone show up on my doorstep at midnight on my birthday, having someone bring me flowers without any special occasion or having someone fill my room with candles or balloons on our anniversary.<\/p>\n

Sometimes I miss having someone open the door for me or escort me home; someone to hold my coat or to give me his jacket when it\u2019s cold.<\/p>\n

Sexo regular<\/h2>\n

I\u2019ve never been someone who is into casual sex, one night stands or friends with benefits type of relationships.<\/p>\n

But that doesn\u2019t mean I don\u2019t enjoy having sex because I certainly do. And the only way for someone like me to have regular sex is to be in a real relationship.<\/p>\n

Portanto, sim, todas as mulheres solteiras sentem falta de ter sexo regularmente e quem lhe disser o contr\u00e1rio est\u00e1 a mentir.<\/p>\n

This doesn\u2019t mean I\u2019ll ever get involved with someone just to have some action, but I definitely do miss having it.<\/p>\n
