Desde que me lembro, Eu era a \u00fanica que se preocupava e amava mais<\/a> em todas as minhas rela\u00e7\u00f5es, incluindo as rom\u00e2nticas.<\/p>\n

Eu era aquela que se dava por inteiro a todos os homens da minha vida e aquela que nunca se retra\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Eu era a pessoa que amava cada homem da minha vida com todo o meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o, sem nunca pensar nas consequ\u00eancias ou se esse homem merecia o meu amor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was the one who was always putting in more effort than the other side. And the one who always ended up begging for someone\u2019s love and affection.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consequentemente, era sempre eu que acabava por sair magoada. A que era sempre deixada para tr\u00e1s e a que tinha sempre o cora\u00e7\u00e3o partido.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And it\u2019s time for that to end.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s about time for me to stop being a fool who gives her entire self to people who don\u2019t deserve her. It\u2019s about time for me to stop putting other people\u2019s needs in front of my own.<\/p>\n

Yes, I\u2019ve been hurt in the past. The truth is that I\u2019ve been through a lot but I\u2019ve also learned a lot.<\/p>\n

And I am not here to tell you that I\u2019ll be carrying my bagagem emocional na nossa rela\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/p>\n

No, you won\u2019t be paying for someone else\u2019s mistakes. I won\u2019t be a heartless bitch and I will never treat you like crap just because others from my past did the same to me.<\/p>\n

You know, with time, I\u2019ve understood some things.<\/p>\n

I am not a little girl anymore. I know very well what I want from life and I have some strong deal-breakers. And I know even better what I don\u2019t want.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t expect you to obey me or to blindly follow my lead. I don\u2019t want you to love me any more than I love you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So please, don\u2019t expect me to treat you any differently than the way you treat me. Don\u2019t expect me to give you my entire self if you don\u2019t choose to do the same.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t expect me to act like I am beneath you in any sense. Don\u2019t expect me to put up with you emotionally abusing or manipulating me.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t expect me to be the only one who\u2019ll make sacrifices for the sake of our relationship while you are never ready to make a compromise.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t expect me to put up with you being a self-centered egomaniac.<\/p>\n

And finally, don\u2019t expect me to love you while you don\u2019t give a damn about me.<\/strong><\/p>\n
