It\u2019s an everlasting debate: Desta vez devo seguir a minha cabe\u00e7a ou o meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o (sabe-se l\u00e1 quantas vezes partido)?<\/em> Se confiarmos demasiado no nosso cora\u00e7\u00e3o, ele pode influenciar-nos a tomar decis\u00f5es impulsivas que podem ter consequ\u00eancias graves.<\/p>\n

Conheci recentemente um desconhecido jeitoso num bar. Troc\u00e1mos n\u00fameros de telefone e continu\u00e1mos a enviar mensagens nos dias seguintes. \u00c0 primeira vista, percebi que havia algo de estranho com ele.<\/p>\n

Com o seu cabelo preto desarrumado e as tatuagens nos bra\u00e7os, parecia um mauz\u00e3o (um mauz\u00e3o mesmo).fxv<\/p>\n

Mas os seus olhos cor de avel\u00e3 tinham aquele brilho que me dizia: I\u2019m just an innocent boy. I will never do you any harm.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ele tornou o seu lado mau t\u00e3o incrivelmente atraente<\/span> to me that I couldn\u2019t even think reasonably with my head. I instantly fell for him with my heart.<\/p>\n

Although I knew he was bad, I didn\u2019t let my mind interfere. I just wanted to feel carefree because I was sick of overthinking.<\/p>\n

Two weeks later I received a call. My friend told me that she saw him in a hospital. She told me that he OD\u2019ed. I immediately went there only to realize that his WIFE was there with her 3-year-old kid.<\/p>\n

1. \u00c9 mais razo\u00e1vel<\/h2>\n

When you follow your head, you\u2019re more likely to think reasonably and not impulsively. You will weigh all the pros and cons of your decision.<\/p>\n

I know it kills all the joy, but that way, you don\u2019t have to be afraid or insecure about the outcome of your decision. You have to learn to divide reason from your feelings, so that you can switch whenever you want to.<\/p>\n

I know it\u2019s hard, but once you master it, you will be amazed how much this strategy helps.<\/p>\n

2. V\u00ea mais claramente os seus lados bons e maus<\/h2>\n

When you\u2019re thinking with your head instead of your heart, you\u2019ll more easily make a distinction between his good and bad sides. For example, if you know he\u2019s bad, you will not find excuses for such behavior.<\/p>\n

Your head will tell you to step away and think about your next move. You\u2019ll like him as a whole person and will not have second guesses about his bad side.<\/p>\n

4. You\u2019re more stress-free<\/h2>\n

When you follow your head, if he tells you something insulting or hurts you one way or another, you will not take it too seriously. You will be more stress-free, and you won\u2019t give a shit about what others think of you.<\/p>\n

5. Lower chances that you\u2019ll end up with a broken heart<\/h2>\n
