I learned that I shouldn\u2019t give too much of myself to the people who don\u2019t deserve it and that words mean nothing if actions are different.<\/p>\n
I learned that family doesn\u2019t necessarily mean safety and that the ones who swore they will always protect me left with the first bump on the road.<\/p>\n

Durante este ano, mudei completamente, mas n\u00e3o me importo nada com isso.<\/p>\n
Tive o azar de perder pessoas que julgava serem os meus melhores amigos. Mas, na verdade, elas estavam comigo apenas por causa de um interesse pessoal.<\/p>\n
Estavam comigo porque eu era conveniente para eles. E nada mais. Por isso, perd\u00ea-los foi mau, mas quando olho mais de perto, \u00e9 melhor ter visto os seus verdadeiros rostos a tempo.<\/p>\n
This year taught me that when someone says they love me, it doesn\u2019t always mean it will last forever. I learned that love is all about how much effort you are willing to make for someone.<\/p>\n
It is how much you are willing to give to them without asking for anything in return. I learned that I shouldn\u2019t push things, especially when it comes to love. And that was the most important thing I learned so far.<\/p>\n

Desiludiram-me ao que me toma por garantido <\/a> and neglecting me. They didn\u2019t see how much I was willing to make an effort for them. They only looked out for themselves.<\/p>\n Este ano aprendi que, na vida, s\u00f3 posso confiar em mim pr\u00f3prio. Aprendi que, sempre que caio, tenho de me levantar. Aprendi que nunca devo desistir.<\/p>\n Porque se eu fizer isso, perder-me-ei completamente. Serei apenas mais uma mulher que desistiu da sua vida. E isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo que eu queira fazer.<\/p>\n I also learned that there will be different phases in life and that it won\u2019t always all be so flawless. There will be hard times, times where I will feel I am losing my mind but that I will get over them if I believe in myself.<\/p>\n I learned that life and love isn\u2019t only about one man, and if he doesn\u2019t make me feel happy, then I shouldn\u2019t hold onto him.<\/p>\n I learned that love will come when I least expect it and that it is something I shouldn\u2019t push. It should come to me naturally.<\/p>\n I learned that I don\u2019t need a man to complete me. I don\u2019t need one to be my hero either. I am strong and capable enough to take care of myself.<\/p>\n E mesmo quando estiver cansada at\u00e9 aos ossos, encontrarei dentro de mim um pouco de for\u00e7a para continuar a andar. Nunca desistirei, especialmente de mim pr\u00f3prio.<\/p>\n This year taught me so many things, and some of them changed my outlook on life completely. I learned that I can survive everything that happens to me on my own and that I don\u2019t need anyone\u2019s help.<\/p>\n E apesar de terem acontecido mais coisas m\u00e1s do que boas este ano, estou grata por isso. Estou grato porque, desta forma, aprendi a lidar com os problemas da vida e a sair deles de cabe\u00e7a fria.<\/p>\n Este ano ajudou-me a crescer e a compreender-me melhor.
