So please, instead of judging yourself for the times when the pain takes over you, be proud of all the progress you\u2019ve made.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

N\u00e3o h\u00e1 nada de estranho em ter medo e coragem ao mesmo tempo e nada de estranho em sentir-se forte e vulner\u00e1vel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

O que \u00e9 importante \u00e9 n\u00e3o deixar que os dias maus o afectem.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You need to stick to your path, knowing that all this pain you still haven\u2019t gotten rid of completely is nothing more than a bump in the road, an obstacle you will go through, a challenge you will defeat and a struggle you will win.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

One of these days, all the pain will be gone and it won\u2019t have any impact on you whatsoever.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Quando isso acontece, you\u2019ll see that all of this struggle was worth it.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
