Nas minhas \u00faltimas rela\u00e7\u00f5es, apercebi-me de um estranho padr\u00e3o de comportamento da minha parte que \u00e9 completamente diferente de mim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tenho sabotado as minhas rela\u00e7\u00f5es, sem sequer me aperceber que o estava a fazer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Normally, when I\u2019m with a guy, I\u2019m all in. I let my guard down and invest whole-heartedly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But lately, I\u2019ve been more reluctant to do so, and it\u2019s been interesting realizing why that has been happening and what the actual cause of this was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not in my nature to be the type of woman who feels she isn\u2019t <\/em>suficientemente bom<\/em><\/a> e que, quando as coisas est\u00e3o a correr bem, algo est\u00e1 destinado a correr mal. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But now, I\u2019m constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sinto-me insegura em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s coisas mais pequenas e o meu sentido de identidade diminui. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t feel like the guy I\u2019m with is all in, and it makes me feel like I\u2019m the one to blame.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been really weird experiencing a totally different side of me, one that is more insecure and vulnerable than what I\u2019m used to being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isto levou-me a reavaliar todas as minhas rela\u00e7\u00f5es passadas, para ver se n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 acontecido alguma coisa com um ex que, de repente, me tenha tornado t\u00e3o insegura e cheia de d\u00favidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s when I realized that it all started with a particular ex of mine…<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had this guy I was madly in love with. He made me feel what all the guys I had previously dated couldn\u2019t. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being with him was such a high.. and I just couldn\u2019t get enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mas tudo isso tinha um pre\u00e7o. Ele sabia muito bem o poder que tinha sobre mim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ele sabia que eu faria qualquer coisa por ele, e usou a minha incapacidade de o ver como ele realmente era contra mim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ele manipulou-me. Ele brincou jogos mentais<\/a> comigo, e fez-me sentir que precisava dele para ser completa.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He never let be who I really am, but at the time, I couldn\u2019t see it because I was blinded by the love I felt for him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este tipo era uma m\u00e1 not\u00edcia e, com o tempo, consegui sair dessa rela\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foi dif\u00edcil e desgastante, mas consegui. A sua natureza manipuladora afectou-me muito e isso reflectiu-se em todas as minhas rela\u00e7\u00f5es depois dele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The good thing is, I have finally realized that HE is the one to blame for the way I\u2019ve been, as he is the one who constantly put me down and treated me like I was nothing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His manipulation has really messed with my mind, and now I don\u2019t feel like I\u2019m good enough for any man. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Felizmente, estou a come\u00e7ar a recuperar o meu antigo eu porque me recuso a deixar um ex t\u00f3xico<\/a> arruinar-me por amor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There have been certain things he would say to me that really messed me up, and I\u2019ve decided to finally fight them and erase his toxicity from my head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you haven\u2019t been acting like yourself lately and you feel your relationship has been suffering because of it, it is likely that your ex messed with your mind and made you this way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you realize this, it will be easier getting back to your old self because you\u2019ll know that it\u2019s really not you\u2014it\u2019s his toxic, manipulative nature, and luckily you don\u2019t have to put up with that any longer!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O seu ex faz parte do seu passado e tudo o que ele lhe disse ou fez j\u00e1 n\u00e3o faz parte da sua vida. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you realize this, you\u2019ll be on your way back to that happy, healthy lady you know you are.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t let his inability to appreciate you mess with your current relationship. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fui uma idiota por ter deixado que ele me fizesse sentir t\u00e3o mal e por me ter provado constantemente que a confian\u00e7a que tinha nele era completamente descabida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deixei-o safar-se com tanta merda t\u00f3xica e tive sempre uma desculpa para ele. Mas sabes uma coisa? N\u00e3o h\u00e1 desculpa para ser um namorado de merda.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depois de ter passado por tantas <\/em>jogos de relacionamento<\/em><\/a>J\u00e1 n\u00e3o sentia que podia confiar em ningu\u00e9m. Como \u00e9 que eu podia?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disse-me v\u00e1rias vezes que podia confiar nele, mas desiludiu-me sempre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quando ele estava a ser um idiota, colocava toda a culpa em mim e, com o tempo, comecei a duvidar de mim pr\u00f3pria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quando o enfrentava, ele fazia-me sentir que eu estava a exagerar e punha-me no meu lugar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I just couldn\u2019t win, and I would often sob alone in my room, sad and misunderstood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All that is extremely unhealthy for anyone to put up with because when you listen to those lies for long enough, you\u2019re going to start believing them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s how he got me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mas n\u00e3o mais. Depois de ter finalmente percebido a rela\u00e7\u00e3o doentia e t\u00f3xica em que me encontrava e o quanto ela me tinha alterado para pior, consegui finalmente come\u00e7ar a recompor-me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I still have a ways to go\u2026 but I\u2019m getting there! I am so pleased that I have been getting better and that my outlook on relationships is once again a positive one!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9 maravilhoso como as coisas podem come\u00e7ar a melhorar quando nos dedicamos a isso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decidi voltar a assumir o controlo da minha vida e nunca me senti t\u00e3o feliz!

Ningu\u00e9m pode mexer com a tua mente depois de decidires recusar-lhes o acesso \u00e0 tua cabe\u00e7a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, a minha mente est\u00e1 limpa e o meu esp\u00edrito est\u00e1 de novo vivo e ansioso por encontrar o meu!
