But love isn’t true love if it isn’t reciprocated. When you are in a relationship, you have to feel that love from another person.<\/b><\/p>\n

Se est\u00e1 a dar o seu melhor, don’t settle for anything less.<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

A maioria de n\u00f3s tem uma baixa autoestima. Por esta raz\u00e3o, permitimos que os nossos parceiros nos tratem mal.<\/p>\n

Mantemo-nos em m\u00e1s rela\u00e7\u00f5es porque<\/a> we are afraid we won’t find better ones. Also this brings the issue of fear of loneliness.<\/p>\n

As mulheres t\u00eam frequentemente esse instinto de m\u00e1rtir. Suportam a dor e os maus tratos, na expetativa de que as coisas mudem e para melhor.<\/p>\n

They are hoping for a miracle\u2014they are hoping that if they do something or say something next time, it will fix their relationship.<\/p>\n

But miracles usually don’t happen in this kind of situation.<\/p>\n

Se est\u00e1 a gastar todo o seu tempo e esfor\u00e7o na sua rela\u00e7\u00e3o e a outra parte n\u00e3o est\u00e1 a fazer a sua parte, provavelmente est\u00e1 na hist\u00f3ria errada e o melhor \u00e9 seguir em frente.<\/p>\n

Arranjamos desculpas para eles; “He didn’t have time for me because he is too busy at work.” <\/i> , “He was so tired he couldn’t even send me a goodnight text ” <\/i> , ou mesmo “I am so tolerant. I am such a good person that I can understand and forgive this behavior” <\/i> etc.<\/p>\n

Usamos todos os meios necess\u00e1rios para justificar o mau comportamento. Nesse momento, temos de nos distanciar das emo\u00e7\u00f5es e perguntar a n\u00f3s pr\u00f3prios se nos respeitamos o suficiente para continuarmos nesta rela\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A verdade \u00e9 que se algu\u00e9m o respeita, tamb\u00e9m respeitar\u00e1 o seu tempo. Se for capaz de lhe dar tempo e aten\u00e7\u00e3o, ele ser\u00e1 capaz de fazer o mesmo por si. Tudo o resto \u00e9 apenas uma desculpa. <\/i><\/p>\n

O melhor seria falar aberta e honestamente com o seu parceiro e descobrir a raz\u00e3o pela qual ele est\u00e1 a comportar-se assim e se ele est\u00e1 consciente do seu comportamento.<\/p>\n

Diga claramente o que quer da sua rela\u00e7\u00e3o e certifique-se de que os dois est\u00e3o na mesma p\u00e1gina.<\/p>\n

Trabalhe bem em si pr\u00f3prio e afaste-se se a sua rela\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o for aquilo que precisa e quer.<\/p>\n
